My girls ask for bedtime math the way they ask for bedtime stories. They just love it! Sometimes the level isn't just right, but it gives me inspiration to think of an adapted version of the problem. Bedtime math inevitably starts a conversation about math and requests for more problems. Love it!
I dont like this app because I just dont get it and Bedtime math doesnt explain how to do the problem or nothing ita just a story thats a math problem but it is fun and I learned sompthing new its just I wish they would explain more about the math problem so people do not get confused
great concept but needs work. slow load time I assume from pulling info or database down. REST may be quicker in my opinion. some of the questions were worded poorly (my wife has masters in education and felt the same). this may have just been the octopus story and a one time incident so I cant say all the stories are like this and maybe just my bad luck in picking a first story but was off putting. I would say yes, download this and work with your kids as I will assume the devs are trying.
Genius! Easy to manage with 3 very different children of different ages and abilities. Fun...the children love it!
It takes forever to load. When it does load, the kids love it. But until it takes less than 5 minutes to load and they build in an exit, I won't be keeping it around.
we loved bedtime math books, was excited o give this a try, but yes, way too slow! i will just subscribe to the emails.
Was excited to install this app but when it took more than 5 minutes to load... Uninstalled. Please fix!

This app inexplicably takes longer to load than any other app I have even though it's pretty much only text.
One if my favorite apps. We use it with the kids nearly every evening. The new version is definitely more beautiful, and finally also fast enough after several tweaks by the developers.
My brother did not want to do math but this app has helped him want to do math
Doesn't let me use any of the math problems. Just shows ones to choose.

I'm sad to give this 3 stars, because the older version was a 5. Nothing has changed on my end. Same phone etc.. The app is so unresponsive. It took me several (about 8, in mathy numbers. lol!) to be able to click on the question of the day after we read the intro. Same with the answer. My kids love this app, but I doubt I'll try it again soon. I'll probably wait and see if things change. The NICE thing about this current version is the imbedded links to videos.

I like the concept of short little puzzles set by age where you can try the easy one and move up difficulty. But it is really US based with no alternate languages and information strictly for the USA and all in imperial units so not useful for those on the metric system. Would love to use a more globally based app like this.
