Only worked once. Taking a photo of the back and front of a check should be simple and fast. Not with this, over 40 to 50 photos and no joy. This is why this company is shutting down. I had this app for about 2 years and found it way too frustrating to put money on it! Time to get something that does what it promises to do! I won't miss BEE! Bring Everything to an End!

I love everything about using Bee. The app is really easy to navigate and it's really simple to use. Most importantly though, this is the best prepaid card I've ever used, in my opinion. The only fee I've been charged so far, was a little over a dollar for an instant check deposit for $114.00, and it posted in my account in less than 10 mins. You can't beat it. They even refunded me the fees that the stores atm charged me, so I've been able to use any atm for free. It's awesome! Couldn't be happier and I highly recommend banking with Bee!!

It won't let me sign up! It keeps talking me to a timeout error page! Which according to the app is only supposed to happen after 30 minutes... I only had the app open for maybe 2 minutes. Seems pretty cool but if I can't sign up I guess I'll never know!

Won't even open long enough to open an account. Just keeps saying the session timed out.

Could not get thru the first 2 Windows w/o starting over.

Won't let me sign up keeps giving me a timeout error saying it times out in 30 to protect your info but i instantly get the timeout error everytime I try to start the application not even a second let alone 30 minutes will change my rating and feedback once I'm actually able to sign up for the service

I LOVE this app AND the Bee card!!!! I'm SUPER bummed to find out that they are closing down!! :(:( The Bee Card/ Bee App is **BY FAR** the Absolute BEST one yet!! ---> I highly doubt any other prepaid card company will ever even come anywhere near close to comparing with Bee..!! I'm really bummed about this one!! Especially since there are NO other prepaid cards {·Not any cards **THAT I KNOW OF**, at least·} - out there, that are 100% F·R·E·E, like Bee was!! All of the other companies that I've tried ALWAYS say "NO FEES".... But, so far ---> Every single one of them literally ends up taking half of whatever amount i get!! They charge me for Recieving $, Deposits, Direct Deposits, Withdrawing $, Swiping card, some have even charged me $2 when i type in my own PIN #/ or for signing my own signature, charges for checking your card balance, $$ for talking to customer service, and the worst one i had so far -- was AFTER i was done activating my card *that SUPPOSEDLY has NO FEES* .... They decided to inform me of their MONTHLY charge of: $14.95 for using their card.. Anyways ---> I'm just saying.. That I NEVER had to through ANY of that stuff with Bee!! I don't know why they're closing.... But, like I said-- They're the BEST prepaid card company!! I've been looking for another replacement company/card-- But I still havent found anything that even comes anywhere close in comparison.. Nowhere near the same category---> & This sux bad!! 😫😢💔💔

It keeps telling me my session times out trying to create an account I re installed it and getting the same message after I enter my email

thus app doesn't do anything save your time and find something else

Go to call the 800 number it's in the app listed as customer service and I get a message saying call cannot be completed and it's the exact same 866 number on the back of the card no way to contact customer service.

They took 480 bucks from me and now they are saying that they dont have it.

BEE should have at least a + symbol next to it. Great customer reps too!

Bee card service is the freaking worst...requested a replacement card two weeks now n no card with 3000.00 in cash on my card. Two days just a run around..

This app is very convenient for cashing checks, saving money, paying bills, etc. I find that the only problem is that to pay my electric bill, my company is not in the system. Other than that the app is aces and works fine with the card. Get the card, download the app. You won't regret it.

Awesome service if you want to get rid of your traditional bank. The app is a bit barebones, but still practical and simple to navigate. Only gripe is that the app can stall at times, but it's nothing major. **Update** The instant check deposit is a joke. Not sure why I got rejected for trying to deposit a perfectly good check.

I like the fact you could turn your card of from your phone if you loose it

So when they see you on the street the advertise free sameday check deposits.. having that said i was in emergency situation where i thought i could do just that.. but wait they check with a credit bereau to see your credit score??? Ive never been told that.. phony sales gimmicks to lure in customers who are desperate in times like these

Could be better if customer service would have a way. For you to Still access your money, even if you lost your card and not have to wait for another one.. 10 days.. Or express 3 to 5 business days.. Some people cant wait that long and need their money now
