Beelivery

Great app for delivery drivers, I also do uber eats on the side and especially with the hours I'm online I usually make more on beelivery than on uber in less orders. Personally if I was a customer I wouldn't use the app as I feel that the prices are extortionate (3.50 for one 2L bottle of diet coke) but I guess if you want something desperately very late at night or when you can't go out you may find some use in this service.

Made two orders over two days. First one had all incorrect items (cheaper substitutes) and one missing item. For the second order, I made sure to mark all items as not to be substituted. One item was incorrect again. When I raised this with customer service, they told me that the items were all marked as substitutable. Either they're lying or the app is bugged - either way, won't be using this again.

I live in a very small village with one local convenience store that shuts at 7 everyday, although beelivery is more expensive than just buying it at the shop or getting a co-op delivery like most people do, for someone like me when hardly any other place will deliver at the best of times this app is a lifesaver, even had stuff delivered near enough to midnight before. Drivers are always friendly too. Great app

Started of great. Then the service became so poor i have deleted it. I began to wait hours for incorrect/Faulty items. There are also issues with drivers lying about making contact. Customer care is normally good though. I have since deleted the App and currently awaiting a refund from 48 hours ago.

I am soo annoyed at this app each time I have tried to get a delivery, most times over 30 drivers around and not one person will pick it up. I am very disabled and it's like a life line to me. even when I try to put a kind message to the drivers no response. and I can try again a few times when it asks "do you want to wait another hour" I say yes and still nothing. its terrible because you can see all the drivers on the map. takes the money that you then don't have to buy food anywhere else.

Waste of time & very unreliable, once in a blue moon you may get an order that is successful but 99% of the time it's cancelled, very very poor & not impressed at all, how you found yourselves on TV is a real mystery, worst service ever!

Brilliant, new and innovative! My overall experience was amazing, i'm thrilled to use this app again, as i live outside the city I find this app just what I need, never arrived later then expected! Kind regards, I M B

Just signed up as a delivery driver and seem really good so far. Very easy app to use.

It's very simple and straight forward and easy to use clear and consise however would be nice to see actual address before accepting a delivery

SCAM!! AVOID!! Order couldn't be delivered as no drivers took the job which apparently doesn't usually happen despite the fact there are reviews saying it does!! Was told the money was never taken, only held so would go back right away. I'm with Santander and they are part of 'faster payments' so it's always a few hours. It has been 2 full days so far and nothing. They clearly DID take the money! This is ALSO in other reviews. Don't order from them as you won't get your stuff or your money!

A swindle I paid for stuff I didn't get.complain to customer services by email was not accepted! 90mins for delivery.i could get a taxi to the local shop for the same price!

Not started yet as Driver but I hope no hassles. Expecting start as soon as possible. Let see, probably more we deliver better we understand the features.

Used this app a few times...it's great. For people who don't understand , yes drivers are available, they work flexible hours to suit themselves and dont/can't always take your order. Don't get too upset, it's not personal....it's happened to me too...twice. First order, someone came from Liverpool all the way to me nr Ellesmere Port.......Wow! Thanks Beelivery 😉

Not had many orders come through and the ones I have had come up had to reject due to other commitments but this looks a brilliant idea hopefully will receive more orders 🙌

This app is a lifesaver at times, especially during our current covid situation. They deliver anytime during day or night. Brilliant to use when your self isolating or just generally too unwell to go out. Drivers are friendly and prompt as can be.

Awful, either no one available or takes ages!!! Substitutes awful and they won't refund you if you don't like it.

So far so good 👍 Very handy app to have! EDIT: One thing about the app as a driver is abit annoying. There's no way of clearing expired notifications or deliveries other drivers pick up before you apart from clicking "reject" which then shows on your weekly report that you've rejected a bunch of orders when you haven't. It would be nice to either have a "clear" option for removing those notifications or the app could clear then automatically once they're excepted by another

Premium prices for items, but I guess that's to be expected for the convenience of someone else doing the shopping for you! That aside, the app is incredibly sluggish and I've so far failed to successfully place an order since it keeps failing at the payment stage (Paypal). I know others who've used the service and it's great when it works - especially at the moment, much respect to the pickers/drivers.

App is pretty poor. Firstly, seems to be incompatible with PayPal 2 Factor authentication. Poor UI feedback as your delivery is on the way - just that a driver had accepted the order and a deadline time. One missed call from the driver who did not pick up when I called back and texted. Then missing items and replacements. No refund of the difference. It's already multiple times the price of the items in the shops. Never again.

Great app and a brilliant idea! if youre ever at a party or got your mates round to watch the footy and youve forgotten the drinks this is perfect for getting the last minute rounds delivered to your door in no time at all! Also very good for those who find getting around quite hard. The only flaw is the design and I feel it needs a bit of a modern revamp.

I installed the app as a driver, and it's been a smooth process so far. There were quite a few videos provided in the training, giving clear instructions on the entire process, from accepting the order, to picking it up and delivering it etc. Yet to find out how good the customer support is, but given their efficiency so far, I imagine it's good!

It works - but the items available to purchase are random and very few. For example we have multiple supermarkets here and the choice is between about 4 types of beer, 2 of which I've never seen locally, so of course they didn't have it. The delivery guy was friendly, but only got £10/25 worth of goods because of it with no substitutions made. The app needs a lot of work! It's like someone threw 10 items they know off the top of their head and said that's all you can order

2 stars for a good working app and a great idea of a service. Comes short because of the ridiculous prices for items. You have to be mad to pay the prices that this app lists for items. Some items are double the standard price.... It doesn't make sense and I wonder what the customer is paying extra for! In difficult times like these where delivery services are needed more, it's such a shame that customers are expected to pay such a high price for it. I would NOT recommend!!

The app is very clear and straightforward to navigate and use with great design features

Takes up to 3, 4 hours or never very unreliable honestly uber eats is a much better idea. It robbed my money after I canceled an order that never even got confirmed and now I can't afford food as am on uc and am going to have to wait up to a week with nothing it's ridiculous.

I haven't used this service yet. Here, on Android 11 with a quick processor and plenty of memory, the app locks up at the slightest excuse (trying to log in to the account I just registered was the last one) and requires forced closing. My guess is it uses memory excessively or leaks memory. It won't play nicely (at all, actually) with 1Passwood to log in. Biggest load of rubbish I've seen for some time.

Got a new phone and downloaded the app and the bell notification no longer works.

A totally scam for the driver and customer aswell i didn't was payed for my expenses as a driver plus delivery. Edit: I sorted out through email, happy i didn't get scamed at least, the app need a little bit of rework, about miles in special, drivers notification that they are showing up to late(yes the notification settings they are done allready), is still a good app for the moment, fell bad they didn't Invest in ads for a bit, the lack of coustumers they will end up with no drivers.
