I used this app to store all of my shopping and members cards. It worked well with no complaints for years. As long as I had my phone on me, all my cards were available. Now, since I upgraded to a newer model phone, it doesn't work anymore. It just keeps telling me that I am no connected to the internet every time I try to sign in. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it still sayes the same thing. It is useless to me now. I have to find a replacement now, I guess.

Used to love this app. Now I can't seem to get a hold of the person that created this to have them fix the problem I'm having. I can't log on because it keeps telling me to connect to the internet. I can't put forgot password because it says network error. Don't want to create a new user because it won't have my old cards on there. FIX THIS ISSUE!!!!!!

It stoped work. Don't let me log in. Constantly shows there is no internet connections where there is! I love this app but I am very disappointed at this moment and I am going to uninstall app and choose something different if nothing is going to change. I'll be happy if you can fix issue and let me know I can use app again.

Hey. I've been using this app for the last 3 years. Now I've changed my phone, try to log in but it says no internet connection all the time. Tried both on mobile data and wifi. I loved this app, but now it's really bad UX. At least I want to recover all my saved cards...

i had been using this great app for years & it never fails to be scanned at shops. Now that i have a new mbl I can't sign in OR create a new account. I get a message saying I'm not connected to the internet but I am connected & have checked it each time. I have been trying to do this for a full week. Any suggestions? I have also tried to contact developer by email but that address doesn't exist. I need help to continue using this great app please

Lots of people complaining about the app being broken. You're getting that message because their servers are gone. Mobeam emailed all users, back in Apr 2017, that Beep'n'Go is no longer being supported or updated. You can still use the app, just have to choose "Just try for now" instead of signing in. Down side is if you were saving your cards in the cloud, they're gone. You have to manually put cards back in if doing a fresh install on a new phone. Otherwise, look for a different app.

It appears the app has not been updated, nor have new phones been added since 2016! So if you have been using the app, and don't have the card anymore, you WILL lose your data. No customer service , email returned

what is happening! App states that i am not connected to internet. Please help as to how to access our saved cards. this was such a great app. Easy, efficient served purpose and now i cant access my cards. So dissappointing! I now have no access to any of my cards as why would we think to keep them if this app was holding the info. Please allow your customers the decency to download or screen shot the details before just shutting it down.

This was great app. Like many other people now it says you're not connected to the Internet. It was holding all my cards. I thought these people are professional so I got rid of the cards, but they just stopped the app without even respecting their customers and at least giving them the opportunity to retrieve their cards details. Shame

it used to work so well. now it won't let me log in. says I have to connect to internet. and even when I do connect it still says I have to connect to sign in. now I've lost all my loyalty cards because this app doesn't work anymore.

Don't install this App. It is not working and no more support provided to update it. the app was working fine on old mobiles. got new fone and installed the App to get all my cards, but give error as "No Internet Connection ". Don't Know the Reasons, but if i didn't get login I woll lose all my cards stored in the App

was a wonderful app but am terribly disappointed that they left all their users with not even a possibility to extract their accumulated data when they stopped their business. Worse than not having a good app is an app that locks you in and then throws the key away!

stopped working. got a new device & now cant login as it thinks there is no internet connection! I know longer have some of the cards I loaded, so really need to be able to access them from the app!

Loved it until I had to restore phone to factory. It will not connect to the internet so I can login and restore my cards. I'm missing some actual cards that's stored in my phone, but now I can no longer use them.

The company is already closed down. So there will not be any kind of support or update. To those ppl that still use the app, you might need to find alternate app soon because when ever you need to reinstall an app, it won't let you restore the backup data from the server.

Unable to log in on my new Opportunities R15 Pro. Says the device isn't connected. I've tried on the devices data, and on wifi, no difference. So now I can't use my digital wallet account. Very disappointed. Just purchased a new phone and have the same issue with my Samsung A51.

support is not available for this app. if you change device samsung tool wont work because the server isn't running. have no fear. install helium on your old device, upgrade to premium (best $5 youll ever spend) backup beep-n-go but DON'T backup the app. install helium on new device & restore. it will install 4.2.2. from the app store (you're not done yet) launch the app & click try. verify ver. helium -> restore again. open beep-n-go & enjoy. App rocks. it took me since Sep 2018 to fig this out

Was great while it lasted. Used this app for about 5 Years, but I recently updated to Note 9 and it wouldn't let me login - kept saying I wasn't connected to the internet when I was. Would have kept using but I have moved onto StoCard. Thanks for the app ✌

This app used to work great. However now I am unable to use it because it keeps giving an error message that I am not connected to the internet whenever I try to sign in. I have even attempted to sign in when I am connected to my home wifi and still am unable to.

I used this app for 3 years with my galaxy s4, after I updated my phone to S8 app does not work, it says not connected to internet. Same problem as others. Now I cannot use another app as I have discarded all of my keychain cards

This app was working fine with my old phone but, once i downloaded it on my new phone is wont let me sign it. I keep geting an error message saying that I'm not connected to the internet. Please assist.

Switched to a new phone and now can't access my cards! It keeps saying there is no internet when there is and won't sign me in. Good thing I didn't put gift cards on here but I don't have all my loyalty cards anymore. Not happy at all.

After update, app just deleted all of my cards without even asking if I want them imported. And as if that is not enough, it claims to not be connected to internet. Since I'm writing review, I'm obviously online....

The app is working great on my old phone (Samsung s8) but tried installing on new Samsung note 9 and like everyone else, it no longer works, saying I'm not online! Please fix!

Can't connect to internet when installed it on Samsung s9+ plus but runs fine on my oppo mobile. Love the app work your issue with Samsung and get it working please.

i changed phones and am trying to login to retrieve my cards and it says no internet on both devices. the app no longer works was a great app.

It's not working on Samsung Galaxy S8!! I enjoyed it on my S7 Edge but it doesn't work on my S8. Let me know when it does but for now I am going to uninstall this app and use my other app instead.

it use to be a great app! however, i got a new device & I'm trying to sign-in & it says - YOU DON'T SEEM TO BE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET, WOULD YOU LIKE TO CONNECT NOW? DUMB A$$ I AM CONNECTED. lol don't know what's going on.
