The Beep Test (aka Bleep Test, Pacer Test, Multistage Fitness Test, 10 or 20m Shuttle Run Test – you name it!) is a fitness assessment that is used to estimate a person's maximum oxygen uptake. It has been used by coaches, school teachers and even royal marines for years!
But how does it work? Its very simple: it consists in running continuously between two lines placed 20 meters apart from each other, in a gym or a field for example. In order to reach the following stage, you must reach the line before you hear the BEEP.
At first, the speed will seem quite low. However, as you advance through the stages the beeps will come close together, so make sure you start slowly and steadily without exhausting yourself too early on.

Not bad. The display needs to be bigger so that I can see my level whilst running. Would be better again if I could see my past results without having to open each individually.
Paid the extra money so it would save results. It doesn't, which is pretty frustrating. Needs to be louder, have a proper introduction and not miss beeps. Apart from that it's ok.
Nice userinterface. All reference material indicate level 1 as 7 shuttles, not 8. Report off recorded data useless , only stored date shown , not shuttle level Level 5 should be 10 and not 9 shuttles. Good idea, incorrect implimentation. Waste of time for targeted training.
Pretty basic. Doesn't record your data. Not that I can manage to see anyway. Not really happy I paid the extra 1.49 for nothing.
Levels not staying same. Beeps not accurate and some laps not beeping then get 2 beeps really close together. No good for training

not worth the expense at £1.49. plenty of apps at the same standard that do the same thi g at zero cost. Sorry.
You can not hear the bleep if u Bluetooth it to a speaker and I paid money for the upgrade
its not the same as the army. it also doesnt tell you levels when achieved

The police test to 15 meters. This is 20 meters and therefore not the right distance.

It's not 15m it's 20!! No good. So shouldn't come up when you type 15m bleep test in

It doesn't always beep when it should
Your garbage app has the simplest task, only slightly more complicated than a stopwatch and it can't even do that. It skips beeps incessantly which completely ruins the whole idea and from looking at other reviews the issue has continued for quite some time without the creator making any effort to fix it.
