A absolute mess of an app. Last years version ran extremely well and you could navigate through it easily. This version is very difficult to find what your looking for, wont save and extremely slow at refreshing, on top of having this new version launched at the worst time during the start of the 2020 Advent Calendar and not before it. Very disappointing.

App BROKEN! Using Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus. Scanned QR code gets, Error: Route not found. Using the app directly doesn't work either. Error codes include, can't load beers, can't load list, etc. I found the list in the app is preceeded by a bullet point with an empty line and the list itself has a bullet point in front of it as well. Maybe this is the cause of the problem (I don't know) but nobody has fixed it yet.

This app is terrible. First, search is very hit or miss. Sometimes the same beer will appear or not appear. Second, it gives me an error every single time I try to rate a beer, but later I'll see that my rating was saved. So frustrating. Lastly, there is a function to add missing beers, but I've never received any feedback about beers I've tried to add. Did they get added? I don't know.

This might be the worst app I've ever installed. I keep trying to verify email and it doesn't work. When I try to scan the beer it doesn't pick the right beer. If I scan from my camera it tries to open a webpage, but gets a bad gateway error. So I tried typing the name in the search and the search function doesn't work either. Literally unusable.

This might be the worst app I have ever used. Layout is attractive and visually pleasing, but nothing works. Cannot find beers. Cannot figure out how to connect with friends already on the app. Error messages are non-informative, when i am able to get in at all.. Supposed to be using this as part of my Beer Advent Calendar, but Untappd- which doesn't even have the supposed integration with the product- is better to find the beers.

Every action leads to an error message. Closing and reopening the app seems to complete the request (i.e. submitting reviews, writing notes, etc.). Even the website email verification ends in an error message, yet my account was created and verified anyways. Would love for this app to work with the QR codes on the cans as well. Great idea, beer drinking is fun, but the app experience leaves a lot to be desired.

Junk. Never loads breweries, taking a picture of the label no longer works, always gives error when doing things. Basically useless app. It's well intentioned, and if it actually did what it's supposed to, it would probably be great. As is, it stinks.

Horribly clunky app. Seemingly can't login with google? Everything does happen... eventually. But nothing refreshes or shows up until you force quit and reopen the app. The website that this is supposedly linked to also loads like 1 out of ten times on desktop? Rough. Good thing I'm drinking.

Account creation process would not work (though it registered the fact that I had provided me email- so that is now taken), email password reset process would not work (though it was able to detect when my 2 passwords didn't match), and I'm now done with my beer. Any app that you can't install and get logged into in the time it takes you to finish a beer is not worth my time :(

Loved this app LAST year when it worked on my phone. Same phone, same advent calender of beer and the latest update doesn't work at all on my less-than-2yr-old LG Android phone. Too bad. I enjoyed reading about the beers and brewers each day with last year's edition, and left reviews and rated each day's beer. Not one of those features is working on the latest app as of Dec. 1 (v6.0.0). Wish i still had the old version that worked.

Nice idea for an app. Unfortunately I can't even try it out. I usually don't type passwords because I know C&P. I have removed all adventurous special characters. Didn't help. Then I removed even the last $ characters from the password. In the end only letters and numbers. Didn't help: "Login failed! Please try again!" - I say the same about the app: Please try again!

Great setup and idea, but nothing actually works. Can't upload the photo of a label, can't properly review the beer, and can't save anything. Love the app but Requesting a beer straight up doesn't work and scanning the label is super inaccurate anyway.

This is unusable. I downloaded this because of the advertisement of it on the 2020 Costco Beer Advent Calendar. You need to create an account in order to use any of its features, but it is currently impossible to create an account. The "beer label" scanner makes your phone's flashlight malfunction. Great idea, but poor execution.

Nothing works in this app. It says it can't send a verification email but it does. Unfortunately the email verification doesn't work. I can't post or save my reviews and every time I try to do anything, the app says it can't do it. Complete waste of time.

QR scanning almost never pulls up the right beer. The cheers function seems less useful than a simple tracker for what you have or haven't tasted yet. You'd be better of googling your beer for tasting notes.

Sad, was really hopping to use with the beer advent calendar. Can't get passed the email verification. App lags like crazy, search does not produce any results and scanning keeps pulling up wrong beers... ill just drink the old fashioned way... with no app.

The whole account creation process is glitchy. I tried using Google sign-in for account creation and it failed to complete on the last step. Now my email is associated with a broken account. Used another email and got an account but there were other glitches. The app itself is glitchy with menus that don't work and so on. Running a Galaxy S10+, Android 10, and Sense UI 2.5.

It seems like a pretty cool app, especially when used with the Advent Calendar beer pack, but I don't think a single function of the software works. Even registering an account was fraught with errors.

Was Hopeful about this. My wife picked up the Advent Calendar and I've been looking forward to try the beers and use the app. When I scan the Qr code it doesn't even use the app. The site doesn't allow me to rate anything but just write a review. So disappointed by the whole experience of it. I should be able to scan code, app opens and do ratings and reviews plus all the other cool stuff the box claims. The beer is good at least.

Found this app through the beer advent calendar. It simply doesn't work. Scanned beer didn't show up or were wrong. App doesn't load my saved beers. The registration process for the app said it didn't work but then I was able to log in. Garbage app. Did some research and installed untapd.

Doesn't work. Can't sign up for an account with google, cant sign in with an email, can't pick a user name. There's a far more popular app to discover beers. Stick with that one, avoid this one.

Terrible excuse of an app. Bought the Advent Brewery calendar from Costco and was looking forward to looking at the background of each of the beers. Unfortunately the app does nothing for the user so don't even bother installing it a total waste of your time. I'm going to report this to Costco is it really detract from the $50 case of beer that you bought that you have no idea what you're drinking

Useless app as far as I can tell. It doesn't allow me to set up a password for my account. When I uninstall/reinstall, it says my email is already in use, but it won't reply to my request to "change" a password. Does anyone know how to get out of this infinite loop?

The app requires an email address and a name for account creation, but won't accept any entries for names so no account gets created. The scan function pulls up beers besides the one I'm physically holding in front of the camera. The app is...co-branded? Co-bundled? with an Advent Calendar of German micro-brews. Great idea, poor execution.

I was really excited to use the app since I got the beer advent calender. Open my first beer today and just downloaded the app and I keep getting the notification to log in but when I go through the process of creating an account and inputting a username, it keeps stating to input a valid name. I've tried just my first name, then full name, my brother's name, my dad's name and neither of us have a valid name... guess I'll just have to Google them

I found out about this app because of the "beer advent calendar". I pulled 7of the beers out and scanned with the app and it pulled up the wrong beer each time. I scanned 1 beer 3 times and got 3 different responses all wrong. It feels like it doesn't matter what you scan the app just randomly pulls something up.

Only on day one of the Costco advent calendar and the beer doesn't show up, nor does anything like it from previous years. You'd think as much as this app is advertised on the box, that they would have it up and running properly by December 1st.

Can you rate zero stars? This app is terrible. Very clunky, fails at most functions. Downloaded because got the Costco beer advent calendar and you need this app in order to see about each beer. The first beer they showed a video is not even the beer in my box for the first day. Total failure. Not looking forward to any solid beers when you can already see they scammed this part of it.

Horrible. Can't verify address. Keep receiving error messages. This app is a complete mess. One of the worst apps I have ever used. It is so broken and far from working correctly.

This app doesn't work. Can't create an account via Twitter or Google, even though it gives the option. Via email, it only let's one create a username that is a number, but even then, it fails during the actual creation/authorization process.
