Use Barnacle or wiFi tether for root users. This dosen't even ask for SU permissions. So I assume it's a way for people who pay for a hotspot to activate tethering with a widget.
Worked great before the 4.3 update on my Galaxy S3 too bad guess its back to fox filled. :-( Please fix the up date and I will gladly re-rate five stars.
I used beet for three years before i got uverse and i had no problems it worked great on my lg but not on my wife's Samsung
Works perfect on straight talk 45 unlimited plan without hotspot/tethering fee. Only issue is widget doesn't always work, otherwise great app.
Not working on galaxy s3 . From us cellular. Turns on byt phone automatically turns off with in 5 seconds. And shows message to call us cell to pay.
Perfect, zero problems on Galaxy S2, simple to setup; use the widget.

I have a Boost Kyocera Hydro. It will not connect for my phone.
it doesn't work everytime I use it as a hotspot all it does is shut off my internet
On my Galaxy S2 Skyrocket I wanted to be able to turn on and off my hot spotting without going into settings... I now can do it effortlessly. Will definitely install on out S3 as well. Thanks for the app!!
I will gave it a 5stars because it has the best wifi hotspot It don't go slow or fast it will go mind it takes time so if u have been looking for a wifi hotspot this is the one

I used to love this app. I serving without problems before the update to android 4.3, now it gives me a pop up to contact Verizon to add tethering to my plan. If u can get it to work with 4.3 I'd love it again and change rating to 5 stars.
