New update changed how the lightbulb turns on automatically. Used to be able to set a sunrise mode where it got brighter gradually. Can't do that anymore. Turns on full brightness now. The only feature I used was removed. Guess I'll use a different product.
Garbage i set the comfort temperature to 68 and the plug leaves the heater switched on past 72° and when it gets to 75° its when it decidees to turn off. It makes my room super warm. If i choose 68 it should turn off as soon as it reaches 68. Why does it remain on for so long. 😑
With the new app Otiohome they force you to buy an extra device if you want to have all feature on your device (I have a smart plugin and I have already paid for these features). Now the only thing that works is off and on. BeeWi is a scam
After spending hundred of dollars on plugs bulbs an other devices that I want to control by smartphone ( Bluetooth) they told me I MUST buy the otio home box if I want to use all the options available in my items. This BRAND is everything BUT NOT SMART.
Just updated the app and now the only way I can access my devices is to uninstall then reinstall the app. Then I can connect and open my devices settings once before it freezes again. Galaxy Note 8.
App wont connect or discover my bulb, when selecting the add device option all im met with is a white screen with no text, no loading icon, no error. I guess thats what I get for buying a cheap product.
Very shady business practices. Do not buy products from BeeWi or OtioHome's developer. They might update your app one day making the hardware you bought from them no longer work (intentionally) to force you into buying more hardware. Avoid at all costs. Report this app and OtioHome, they breach the app store download guidelines (specifically, rules: an app must have some level of functionality & an app can't be used to drive sales of another app / product).
I had a perfectly serviceable BeeWi programable bulb under the old Smartpad app. Now under Otiohome I can only turn it on or off .... seems like a backwards step. Thanks for messing up my bulb.
Takes literally ten times as long to simply turn on/off the lamp bulb or adjust its settings. Brilliant "upgrade".
This app has been unusable since last fall! I want my money back! It refuses to detect my bulb, uninstalling and reinstalling it doesn't do a damn thing.
Used to be fine before the newest update. Why would you remove the sunrise feature from the app? I used it everyday along with my alarm. Please fix this.
I hate it 1000% hate it. I shouldn't need to keep signing in just to turn my light bulb on. Complete bull. I want the old layout back!
Last version can't connect to my bulb, version 2.6.7 works just fine.

lg G5 had connexion issues butbwas fixed with android update. now since February's app update. nothing works. what a great company. will never give you my money again.
To everyone who HATES OtioHome, go on APKPure to download an old version of this app. After that NEVER update it. And you can use it again.
DO NOT UPDATE TO 2.7!! Version 2.7 have broken controlling bulbs for me, Android 6 Nexus 5. Cousin still has 2.6.7 installed, works for him. So I've downloaded 2.6.7 apk outside of GPlay to fix this (just google apk 2.6.7), and everything is back to normal.
Very unreliable history with SmartClim. Ugly white interface. Google, please remove this app !!!

CONS: - WHITE UI. That dark grey worked great for such an app, in which most of the time you're in the DARK, turning bulbs ON; - It takes about 10 seconds to turn on a light... Slow app start (4-5 seconds on Note4) + 5-6 sec. BT AND GPS connecting; - 110mb ram footprint for an app like this is huge. AFTER THE LAST UPDATE, I CAN'T CONNECT TO ANY BULBS. Give us the opportunity to download the old apk somewhere!
Completely useless. Can't group lights and connects to lights half of the time. It's way more convenient to operate your lights without this scam of a product.
Used to have this app on old phone and was easy to use. Can't even log on now. Can't recover old account.
Pretty barebones app that can function most of the time on my phone with a bulb on Bluetooth Only Local Mode. However the smartwatch app is useless since I can't get pass the Add Device. UPDATE: After spamming all types of taps and gestures on the app, it suddenly entered what seems a blank searching screen, but didn't find my bulb by showing a Search Again...
