Beginner Scottish Gaelic
Based on the 'a word a day' concept, this app provides up to 12 words a day of your choosing.
All words 'learnt' are tested repeatedly thereafter, on a basis of decreasing regularity, if answered correctly, as you gain familiarity with the said word. Vice versa, if incorrectly answered, the app will adjust to test you more on the word, or 'deactivate' it, while you learn other words meanwhile.
Pace yourself as you go through the almost a thousand common and popular Scottish Gaelic words available in the app. In just a matter of weeks, you will have an essential knowledge of the Scottish Gaelic vocabulary !

Not a very good way to learn. Rather than check to see if you've really learned the word, you have a quiz asking whether the English translation is correct or incorrect. Correctly answering "incorrect" doesn't mean you know the correct English translation.
I will give it 3 stars only because there is no audio & wish there was audio so I know how to pronounce the words
It didn't tell you how to pronounce any of the words and it would only let you learn 12 different words a day.
Hard to nivagate, lack of audio, the section with it, is not good

I am looking for an app that not only shows me the Scottish Gaelic words, but also verbally pronounces them. Most Gaelic words sound nothing like they look. Without hearing the pronunciation the written translation is useless
Need to say the words, other wise I have no idea how to say it. I can't talk to anyone with it.
You can't learn how to speak a language if you don't know how to say it. Delete.
Sounds good, looks good but the pronunciation is missed. Could be much better, I'm searching for a better app!!

How can you learn a language if you don't know how to pronounce the words?
Would like a better understanding of the features as well as option to create a vocabulary list based on difficult words for myself. Instead of deaxmctivating difficult words the should deactivate the ones that you get correct so you can work on those that need more attention.
