Behavior Tracker
This download entitles you to try behavior tracker for free with a limited amount of behavior instances recorded and limited reporting. The full version, which you can buy within the app removes these limitations.

Preset behaviors that cover a wide range of positive and negative actions can be easily used to record observations over time and viewed as a running log. As well as using the preset behaviours, the user can add customised behaviours that they may have observed and wish to track. Additionally, further notes can be added to provide more qualifying information about each observation.
Behavior Tracker will produce reports on each selected pupil, or group of pupils, providing a greater overview and understanding of pupil behaviour and enabling the user to identify trends over time. With printing support

This app is free to trial, allowing you to test the app on up to five children, and run limited reporting. A one-time in-app purchase will unlock all the features. The purchase is tied to your Google/Corporate account, and so will last a lifetime.

Was able to keep historical behavior data, time, behavior and notes within a timeline, but recently tried to install app on a new device and was unable to do so and in the process, months of data disappeared and the files that were exported, will not import into the original device app to restore data. Very frustrating.
Cant import!!!!!!!! Doesnt share data with other devices using same app and account!!!!!!!! So if I fill out and entire list of individuals on my phone, I'll have to do it all over again on my tablet! Inconvenient and I paid for the full version. Disappointed!
Easy to use. Would like the ability to remove the behaviour chart in reports. Reports only open in html unless you print them to pdf. Would be a five if I could customize it a little more and open on multiple devices.
I like the app but I wish I could record frequency data each day. It appears that your only able to log one behavior a day which does not allow me to analyze the frequency for a day for one specific targeted behavior
I used this app to keep up with individuals at work not children so if we have to discipline, give person time off for behaviors and actions that are unacceptable it works great for that. however the pictures need to be were you can make them bigger so if someone is trying to describe what someone else might have done or not done they can have a better picture to identify them
Disappointed that I spent $5 on this and it doesn't have a way to separate the kids into class groups. I have 6 different groups of kids. Right now I have a big list of kids to scroll through. I do love that u can take pictures of the kids for their file.
I bought the full version, tried to email for support but failure to send notice came back stating email address does not exist. How do you get tech support for the app?
Free version very limited. 6 behaviors recorded and it is prompting me to buy the full version. Has not even been 1 day.
I love this app but it's really old in terms of how fast apps age. A nice revamp and update would be awesome.
Must purchase. Basically get a small sample then you have to buy it. (Very small sample).

Demo version is too limited. Can't even tell if it will work for your purposes without buying.
We paid for the upgrade, and then all our data disappeared.

If you deny access to contacts then it warns it will malfunction.

I like the idea of the app. I purchased it because I have 3 kids and the sample only worked for 1 kid. I'm disappointed because when I run a report the pie graphs don't seem to work. All I have is a rundown of the points and their descriptions but my kids are too young to read so I would have liked to show them the pie graph so they can see how they have behaved.
I would give this app 5 stars if there was an option to autoback-up, ability to share the list that can be edited by both parents/teacher, and had a token system to be more interactive with the child. I think if the child could visually see his progress and be apart of his behaviour modification by using a token system, he would be more willing to make good choices.
this app needs to be able to be shared by multiple caretakers/parents so that behavior can be added to same child on different devices. also exporting a report does not seem to work with the pie graphs. this would be really helpful if I could actually see the pie charts on a bigger screen than the phone. also needs to have neutral options
