Simply application keeps crashing, I was never able to watch for 10 minutes straight. It works briefly once every 20 attempts, so if there is a quarter star then I would have used it to rate it!! The worst part that it is a subscription based app, not free. I don't understand how it is okay to not provide paying customers with purchased service!

Downloaded the App. The best thing about the app is downloading the App is wasting the data.becoz the app itself won't open after installation. And it's showing something went wrong. Waste of time.

Always disconnect though good connection, no support available, choose a channel and it avails another Always has problem in renewal via voucher code, I have to do it through website and you hide the tab, very small font and not in a clear place, and after adding the voucher no action appears

Bein has monopoly over live sports in many GCC countries, hence giving minimum if at all any care to customer service and user experience. An update is needed ASAP as this app is currently not working with WiFi in UAE, atleast it isn't for me. Random crashes, and technical issues are a norm. This will be my last subscription with Bein sports period. Thank you for the horrendous customer service.

Always down, never been able to get it working for a match. Terrible app and there is no incentive to improve the service by a monopoly.

Not compatible with samsung tablets i have tab s4 and i can not get full screen size for the match once i press the remote control the app closing really annoying.

Very bad experience, the streaming service keep disrupting without the option for the user to choose the quality. So the player keeps changing quality and disrupt the service constantly.

Crashes and Technical difficulties. Every 1-2 minutes says technical difficulties and try again in some time.

Alot of technical issues. Login problems, unable to remove or activate devices, technical issues in the streaming. Hope to see improvements

App always crashing, creating errors and telling me i'm not subscribed to the service. Whenever I need it, i can't use it. And there is no customer service apparently to help. Very bad 👎

I don't even know where to begin. The app crashes the time. The fees are absurd and you're only allowed 2 devices!! It almost always has casting problems and recently does not cast at all to my Samsung smart TV. There are always "connectivity issues" and tells me to try again later (ended up watching the UCL final on illegal stream once). Totally worthless app and I hope they lose their monopoly soon!

Will be deleting this app. They have removed a standalone subscription to bein connect. You now need to get their main satellite connection to be able to access this so it doesn't make sense anymore. App was below average at best. IF you managed to get it to work then the video quality and options were good. Could not stream on the laptop ever and casting to a TV depended on its mood for that day.

Terrible, Terrible app, it's so bad that it makes other streaming services seem premium and smooth. You're lucky if you get to watch 2 or 3 games fully. There are always glitches, always unexpected errors, always problems with casting to TV. and no, it's not from my devices or WiFi. On top of that, you have the worst call center by far! They know about my issue for at least 4 years now, and all they do is create tickets and not follow up. Don't bother, they won't fix anything.

When you pay for subscription, you think you will get a good experience and customer support. I have tried to use chromcast from my mobile to TV or laptop to TV and it is not working. Before it was working fine and all other apps like YouTube and Facebook are working fine with Chromecast. I'm having this issue for a month now and no way to get support from bein team. They expect us to pay for a bad service. Really considering finding another way to watch football.

It was useful a while ago for watching live matches (with subscription), casting flawlessly most of the time, with occasional crashes. Last year, I patiently renewed monthly subscriptions most of the season, but was disappointed week after week with malfunction (msg: we have technical issues, please try again later). I called customer care once and they didn't help. This year, with Bundesliga out, plus the continuous failure showing last year's CL matches, I decided not to renew. Unrecommended.

This service is very messy. A lot of technical difficulties whenever you try to stream and in addition to this they have issues with licensing for most of the games which they never inform you about when you pay for the subscription. Worst if all is that they don't provide any kind of support where you can reach out to anyone for technical difficulties. Absolutely not recommended.

It was alright for a few weeks but now I can't chromecast any content to my TV. That used to work really well. The app keeps telling me that channels I'm watching aren't part of my package even though they are (I'm watching one right now). I'll be ending my subscription as soon as the football season is over. It's a great idea but it's so poorly put together.

Such a worse experience with this app. I always get message of "we are experiencing technical issue, please try again".. after trying again, same issue. This is not temporary. I always get this. We really pay a good amount for subscription. Why they are not finding any solution for this. Such a sploiler while watching any sports.

The app is still absolute rubbish. None of the channels work properly. It'll keep telling you your package does not include channels that are actually included and the streaming to a TV is a complete waste of time. When it does finally connect it'll disconnect again after a minute or two. Don't waste your time, save your money and go to a bar to watch football instead.

Please fix the crashing and bugs. It is very irritating and especially that we pay for this. Now the casting option is not working anymore. I am not sure whether it's my phone or the application although it worked on the same phone. The application gets worse with time. Not renewing my subscription and will be looking for alternatives for sure.

Just paid for a 12 month subscription and the app does NOT work! I cannot view ANY live channels on Andriod phone, Chromecast or Chromebook - it just gives me an error 22.0 and tells me to try again in a few minutes - of course, it does not work when I try again. No ability to get any support or service. Really poor from a company that claims to have the best football coverage on the planet! Rubbish. Updated app on 8 May 21 and it still doesn't work.

Many errors recently, whenever there is a live game the application goes blank. It's nonsense that I'm paying for the subscription everytime and more often than not the stream doesn't work. When it works its a great app, but I'm so gutted with the experience past few months and if there was an alternative I would switch to it

Worst company ever! They signed me in for auto renewal without me knowing! After they charged me for it they refused to refund the money after I immediately told them to cancel the subscription. The app worked well in 2018, and in 2019 but now it has a lot of issues. I can't watch 5 minute of a game with it breaking down. I dont know if this is on purpose, since I had fight with customer service for an hour after they refused to refund my money for an auto subscription that I didn't agree to.

1 Star.... Keep adding more troubling issues in the app but don't forget to take payments promptly on the due date. Takes too much of time to load up the app and the streaming video on the smartphone. When trying to screen mirror it on the Smart TV, it shows continuous error and please try it after some time. But works okay when trying to view back on the smartphone as if the app has been instructed by the developers by any means possible not to screen mirror on the smart TV. I wonder if its the same problem occurs when streaming through Chromecast....

Frustrating Chromecast experience! 1 - If app is opened again after casting it will go back to BeIN Sport FTA channel and the channel wanting to watch will need to be selected again. The old version did not do this, it would show the correct channel and continue casting. 2 - Seem to get "locked out" of Chromecasting some channels if have been casting a whole match and then flick through other channels, will then not be able to cast certain channels for 24 or more! Not great for the price paid for OTT service.
