I don't know what's gone on in the last week or so, but this game is not as fun anymore. You used to get 3 free spins a day (regular one plus 2 for watching ads) but have only been getting 1 or 2. Have not won daily challenge for 3 straight days, even after trying at least 10 times each day. That has NEVER happened since I started playing. And daily challenge is not offering an ad for another chance, just the spending 10,000 option. Very disappointed in this game.

Love the game but hate the ads that keep popping up since the new update. They are very distracting and take away from the experience. I understand the ads for the free chest and spins but come on not after every win and game you play. Also I usually have to wait about an hour after the 2nd spin for the next chance to watch the ad to play the 3rd spin

It seems everytime I write a review I am giving four stars. They introduced a new gem. They are using it in daily challenge. I may not play until they stop making you get a cat star. Sorry, but I am having trouble getting the score high enough. Almost get there. It becomes a waste of time when you can't complete the chests without the cat star. Opening the free chests is still a pain too!

I'm sadly disappointed by the addition of full, minute-long ads after seemingly every round following the latest update. I've been playing this game for years, supporting with in-game purchases even, and still I have to endure these unskippable ads literally every minute since that's the round length. I will be uninstalling if there's not another update to fix this.

For anyone at level 100 or lower, I highly recommend deleting the game now before wasting any more time playing it. If not, you will fall victim to one of the stingiest games online. You now get only 2 spins in the daily game instead of 3 or more like we used to get. Forget about winning max coins when you pick for it. It is rigged so you can't win. I haven't won in 3+ years. There are other things these cheapskates are charging you for now they didn't before. Delete game now!!!!

I tried to send this through email but it's not an option. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get the daily challenge gold star cat with your new "super spawn" boost. I haven't gotten one since you added it. Maybe 220-320 million is too much for the score to meet/beat? Doesn't bode well for purchasing that booster. Other then that, great game!!

I would give it a zero. EA cheated me. I've bought special contents combo for 23.99 which never loaded. I rebooted and restarted and still did not load. I contacted developer immediately. They refused to so anything but give me $1.99 worth of content. such theif. Beware. 5/25/22- Update. EA has wasted my time asking for the same information since the 16 the of May. As of today, I have stopped responding, it's a waste ofy time. They're trying to tire you out. No Help at all

Recently I have been unable to use Google gift cards as a payment source. Earlier, Candy Crush was doing the same thing but now the problem is corrected there. BB was working but for the past few weeks hasn't. It insists on another payment source. Update 5/3/22 The inability to use purchased gift cards on game. I have tried rebooting the phone, the app, etc. to no avail.

I have played this game every day for over 10 years, but lately they don't allow me to watch more than one ad for coins. Even on the spin, I must exit and reload to get another ad for another spin. Without the coins from ads I don't get to buy extra rare gems to use in Blitz Champions games.

I used to love playing. Now, the game continually freezes, ads are out of control and haven't been able to access missions for a few days. Ready to delete.

Love the game..Not always easy. One thing I wish the Devs might add is when you are striving for destroying a certain number of gems to complete an event, it should show the number of how many(star,fire,ect) gems were destroyed so you know how close you got to the target goal..some of the event are really impossible to complete and frustrating to say the least. I play this game 1st every day. * After the most recent update, (04-26-2022) the game does not startup in BS vers 4&5 64bit*

Lost all my points this months and now i will starts again? Not fair like everyone says and i am not a fb fanatics either. Can you give my points back to motivate me and to be happy again too. Been playing for years.. Use to enjoy it, but y'all have changed it.. Use to get three spins free, now it's one, and to watch another ad you get one..I kept thinking it was my phone found goofy, but it's not.. Not happy anymore.. Please go back to what you had.

I love the game but the keto weight loss ads are so annoying and they just won't go away. You can't delete them. The daily challenges are impossible to win.

Update awful. Game fine...except it don't always work. Very frustrating. New update won't even download. Circle of doom. Support helpful over last update. Reboot and signal checking helped.

I love this game but I feel like I am being punished for not buying enough shards when they were on sale. When they started with the shards daily game instead of the gold bars only 3 people win and all the people that spent the 40.00 for the shards bought the new boost and maxed it out so you couldn't win the blitz challenges. Now the daily game is impossible to beat I have spent 2 million coin in 3 Days trying to win the gold cats. The reg games I win 1or 5 thousand coins no bigger amounts

I've complained already you're game is not giving all three free spins. Sometimes I only get one or I play two when I do get three and have to shut my phone off to get the third spin. It's not my phone it's your game because thos is a new phone and you're game is still screwing up try fixing it.

Why would you have ads that not only take a player out of the game, take them to play store but NEVER take you back to the game......ruined the whole game for me. Having to start up over and over and lose points and coins.

W fun little game, and perfect.for pick-up and play action. Won't hold your attention for long, but if you enjoy Match 3 games and like to get in a few games in between your day, this is perfect for you.

They game keeps freezing and I lose everything. Help There has been a purchase of 49.95 for coins on this game..i have emailed this and screen shotted everything can I get my money back?!

I don't understand why I'm only getting 2 daily spins instead of the three and never recieve the "rewards" from the spins, this is also a problem is there a glitch in the game ? If so I wish you would fix it ASAP.

I Apologize for my first rating due the last time I played this game was 2017. Now playing this game today was not boring at All! Well done upgrading this game. I like the ability to adjust the brightness in the settings and getting a lot of rewards. This game does deserves 5 stars!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Why are u guys giving out the diamonds when after a few updated on u'r gems can't use them anymore? 5/10/22 Hate the updates. Don't know if you changed things so ppl would buy into it more but u ruined the game. In EVERY aspect. From challenges to spins etc.

For whatever reason I can NOT use my gems or boosts . It has been this way for 3 weeks now . I deleted my my app and reinstalled it and it worked fine for about a week and then it was the same thing all over again. Oh well , if it doesn't correct itself I won't be playing anymore.

I Used to be able to collect free Gold bars not anymore not right and when I'm playing gold master for gold bars is supposed to be one minute it's only like 30 seconds not right

Been playing & enjoying Bejeweled for years but the frequency of annoying ads is getting too much. Stop already!!!

Most horrible customer service ever. Company will steal your money!! Don't buy any extras because you will not get anything even after several attempts to contact support with PROOF of purchase.
