Another issue yet again. Trying to deposit a paycheck and all I get is "Something went wrong." Clicking Resolve the Issue just sends you back and you can't get past it.
App crashes frequently and deposit check feature is very difficult to use. Worst banking app I've ever used.
Half the time the app wont even open. Cant even get to the login screen. Trying to view transactions is a horrid experience because you cant just scroll up or down through the transactions and see them. You have to click "show more" and then itll load another set of transactions but it doesnt start where the first set ended, so there's ones you cant even see and then to see the last set again, you have to go back to the main page and then go into transactions again. Ridiculous.
If you're looking for an app that shows your balances and accounts, then this app is not for you. Namely because it's nearly impossible to get into the main page without there being a technical or connection problem. I've tried all day to get into my account and nothing works. This app requires some serious technical repair.
It works. You can check your balances, transfer money between accounts, and deposit checks. Not much else in terms of functionality. Definitely could use an overhaul. Not just for usability, but to integrate more features. Zelle would be appreciated.
Unable to sign in for AT LEAST two months now on Android. Called BELCO, they stated they are aware of the issue but do not have a fix with no time frame of when it will be fixed. This is my main form of banking. This app has become a useless piece of trash. Pain in the ass to sign in on the web page that is not designed for phones. I have opened an account at Members First and will transfer my accounts this week. After 25 years plus of banking with a fairly inept bank, this is the end.
This app was decent until they started doing the passcode thing and now even though I log on on the same device every single time I have to go through the hassle of getting the passcode and then adding my device and then logging in. Every. Time. And now I am getting a notification and when I go to log in, a 505 error comes up and then I have to log in AGAIN to check my accounts.
It worked for checking balance and transferring money for a while, but for months now it just gets stuck on a white authenticate screen. I'm very disappointed.
This app absolutely is the worse. Can not sign in. I enter user name then password and it flips me back to the start as if I hadn't entered anything at all. Contacted customer service but received two different sarcastic responses. I have banked at Belco for over 20 years; this is not how you treat customers. SHAME ON YOU!!!!
I am glad I read these complaints. I was told it was my computer so I had my computer checked costing me 70.00 and was told my computer was fine and the problem was Belco and they needed to straighten this out. Still not fixed and am very frustrated. This happened back last February an d took me many weeks to get straaightened out. This really upsets me. They told me it was not their problem. .
HORRIBLE APP! NOT RELIABLE! The online website will show you what is AVAILABLE and what the ACTUAL amount in EACH account is. this HORRIBLE App only shows you what the ACTUAL amount is of each account is before any pending or hold of bills are subtracted. The online website will show you what is AVAILABLE AFTER the pending and holds have been subtracted from the ACTUAL balance. Also it's forgotten my device MULTIPLE TIMES and when I try to re-register my device it says it's already registered
Does not work with my android phone which is a Samsung Galaxy s9. This has been a problem for over a year and Belco still has no fix or plan to get the app to work. Pathetic.
It's been 10+ years and I can't believe I'm going to switch Banks because Belco can't or won't try and fix their app. Im highly disappointed in their lack of concern. I guess it was time for me to switch anyways
Why do I constantly have to put in my username and password at least 6 or more times every time I try to log in? This is so aggravating . I finally get tired of it and go get my phone to access the site.....which works the first time. This should not be.
I'm unable to login into my account, it keeps coming up with 4 notifications, and when I put my password in, it comes up error 500, and doesn't login.
I just opened accounts yesterday. I haven't been able to get into my account via this app YET....Will be closing my accounts tomorrow and going somewhere that has good apps.
Have trouble updating, uninstall but trying to reinstall but keeps buffering. Thank God I'm not direct deposit.
After this update, the app still crashes. Nothing has really changed.
Since last update I lost the quick log in. Have to keep putting in my password. Please fix
Major failure. As soon as my credit card is paid off I'm out of here. UGH really ??? Every other bank can get this right.
