Even if you save your fingerprint, you have to type in your login details EVERY single time you login. Its really annoying, and I get tired of it. Especially when I have saved my fingerprint to it every single time I login, yet it still needs my login and password typed in every single time.
Takes forever to load. This app needs more improvement. I am trying to check for online deposit and it just stays there doing nothing. Its inconvenient because a I accept online payment for items sold.
I consider this app a very important tool since it brings efficiency into my life. It has transformed and shifted the ecommerce paradigm in Belize. Online shopping is now possible for any company with a webpage which declares their bank account number correctly and discloses their products with correct prices. We are there Belize.
Terrible app, tried to enroll my online banking account and after it was completed it said my password and username (which I literally typed in less than 30 seconds before), were wrong and then locked me out of my account.
The old app used to work better. For days now I'm trying to update the app and it keeps on saying downloading and cant download yet. Dont like it
Easy and dependable. Much better than the long lines in the bank. I can pay my bills anywhere I am. So love this app.

A never ending downloading, such a pain. Still unable to log in.

The Belize Bank Mobile App is free to use and makes transactions hassle free. Features that I use include the touch ID / fingerprint login (very convenient and secure), settle credit cards, transfer funds to family and friends, and view transaction history and account balances (very straightforward). There are other features as well, while the app is updated regularly for security. Overall it's a pleasure to use. I have not gone into a branch since using!!! Huge time saver!!!
