I can't tell exactly when it stopped working, but now I can't use the barcode scanner. I open the app, and the camera area is black. My phone says the camera is working, and camera works outside of the app, and the permissions are there.... But Belk just doesn't work. Who wants to type a whole lot of barcodes while shopping? (And the one I was willing to type came back as "unknown product".... Wasted time and energy
What is the problem!!!! Been having issues for months. When doing a search, frequently the item/ items won't load, just buffers. Or i get a message saying there is nothing in that category. There have been times when i was lucky enough to get to an item, it would only buffer when i chose a size to add to my cart, or wanted more product info. Have clicked on ads, the products are not loading. Same results when typing the web address vs using the app. 🤔😫😡
Price checks don't always work... Then always at midnight the app resets so it logs you out and you lose all your favorites. So it's pointless to "save". Go on desktop and add to wishlist to never lose your items.
Had a wonderful time shopping!! Great sales I spent 450 and saved 495!! Awesome. I found some really nice summer dresses and shoes. I found a ton of clothing for my grandson and some toys for his birthday . The only problem we always have is no buggies. I finally found one. You really need to stock buggies, because no one wants to try to carry 40 items. The only other thing was only a few registers 30 minutes in line. Great job with the sales though.
Works half the time, when trying to order the app just spins so I have to go to the website. Trying to review options within the app takes too long to load as well. App on my android is lack luster to the point its easier for me not to use this app. Uninstalled and re installed so I will see what happens
I really like using the app late at night when I don't sleep, I get alot of my purchases done that way. There is nobody to interrupt me.
I'm trying to pick up from store, but the app has frozen. I've Uninstaller a d reinstalled, and the issue still has not changed. This has never happened before.
Scanner doesn't work most of the time. Constantly says item not found. Especially clearance items. Frustrating!!!!
Love the app except it won't accept my belk card. Keeps saying cannot authorize. No problem checking out on the website. Annoying because I have to re-add everything to the cart.
Suddenly in the last month the app has stopped working! Can't login. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still can't login. Button doesn't pop up to login after filling out login info. Very sad.
I have a great experience using this app until now, everytime I click on my cart it kicks me completely out. I have uninstalled this app and downloaded it back and still having the same issue. I don't want to get rid of it because it really was a life saver. Im just not sure why it isn't working now.
Everytime an AD appears it takes me straight to the home page of the app, instead of taking me straight to the link of the products being advertised. Frustrating. I liked it better when it would just pull up a website.
I love Belks but this app is TERRIBLE! You would think in this time of digital retailing with reduced traffic to physical store fronts, you would make an app with faster responses and an easier to navigate UI. Please revise and update your app.
Great product selection. Easy online ordering for pick up in store or ship. Great discounts and rewards points.
Took 4 hours to order a pair of shorts. Better off going into store. Button wouldn't accept either size or pick up at store. Ended up with 1 item when I wanted 7.
Can not log in on the spp Getting message can not connect to server. I can sign in on the internet. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still having the same problem
App is easy to use but I'm having trouble checking out. It keep saying that my purchases cannot be authorized. My account is not behind and I'm not at my credit limit. I don't know where the problem is.
Serious issues with crashing lately. The search feature is also a mess now.
Ive had to Uninstalle app wouldnt open at all went I was shopping ,my emails would come up but wouldn't open because my app was actingup now trying again to down load app
Terrible app. Will not me click on a product, won't let me add to my bag, and shows me only things to be picked up at store. Terrible terrible
App needs major overhaul to correct cliches. Tried to send a gift card to a POB but app kicked me out each time. Finally called CS to place the order. Hesitant to order online from Belk's again. Please fix the problems.
I love to shop early for Christmas. BELK IS MY GO TO PLACE. No problems at all with app or many purchases.
I am an employee and honestly I love using it, both at work and on personal time. It's really nice to scan things really quick while I am shopping or working and helping my customers to get prices! And it makes it so easy for customers to return things if they need to, when they've ordered online. I order online at times through the app as well. :)
The app is easy to navigate and makes shopping convenient. However, since the update I cannot delete items out of my shopping cart. I click edit, click the x on the item and it says it is removed, click done, and it spins and spins and then tells me that there is an error and the maximum number of items has been added. Then the cart is frozen in edit mode and i have to close out of the shopping cart completely, and try again. So now I cannot even purchase the items I want...
I enjoy the app as it generally works very well. My only complaint is that of the integration between the shopping and the rewards card management. The shopping side can tell me how many reward dollars I have and that they are expiring soon, however there is not a way to apply them to the order without keying in the 15 digit number(s). The other thing is, you can't copy and paste the numbers to the clipboard. That is inefficient, especially when you have several codes.
The app always freezes and then a message pops up that it has stopped. Then, when editing the cart, it freezes and a little round circle spins. It did it AGAIN today. I got curious as to how long the page would get stuck and that circle was going to spin after trying to delete stuff. Well, it spun for 1 hr. I ended up deleting the app and installing it again. I get tired of doing that! I've had to uninstall and reinstall this app about 10X's in 6 weeks. Unacceptable!
It is a nightmare to navigate, lots of bugs. It should not take an hour to make an order. Won't take rewards or coupons. They need to quit advertising merchandise that is out of stock. Too much back and forth to cart when trying to check out. Need a program to trace their inventory better. Waste to much time looking for what they advertise, you just get there and it is out of stock. Took a while to figure this out. Looking for bath towels they advertised, get there, none there. No live person!!!
There's always an error pop up. You can hardly edit the cart with there being an error. I had to actually check out 4 different times to actually check out - there better not end up being 4 charges to my bank. 🙄 The app does not sync with your online account. The whole thing is just a mess and makes you want to say it's not worth shopping there anymore....
App wouldn't open at all, just the cover screen. Shopping was always poor experience. Had to uninstall, then reinstall the app and it has lost all connection to my account. Can't even find my email associated with my account, probably because I opted out of the myriad emails and notifications they send (every day is their default). CX is dreadful.
