HOW IT WORKS:
You must have a Bell Total Connect licence and phone number assigned by your company administrator. Then, use your existing Bell Total Connect username and password to log in.

This app got even worse with the update. Why would I want the message center as my home page. Either let us choose what's the default, or make it the dial pad. Calls often either don't ring thru my cell (but my desk phone does) or neither ring, just a voice Mal shows up. Or I can't answer the call no matter what I do on the phone. Or the awesome no audio occasionally. Teams is looking better every day
Although I had been waiting for a few years for un update, I am disappointed with the new interface. In order to move between dial pad, contacts, etc you have to keep accessing the upper left menu. Arrrgh. Also why is the messaging section the default??? We need to be able to define our default section. So 2 stars for the attempted update.
Does not work properly on Android 10. Phone will ring, but the application does not pop up, thus cannot answer call. Also, receiving messages is severely delayed - I do not receive messages until a few hours later.
My LastPass password manager does not intervene to automatically fill in the sign in page with my sign in info. Then, when I try to paste the password into the password field, the paste function never appears. This is problem for people who have long random generated passwords. Phone: Samsung S8 OS: Android 9
Calls in app are cut by incoming cell phone calls. Every so often the app stops working and it must be uninstalled and reinstalled to get it working again. Blue tooth can also be troublesome
Calls often come in but don't show up in the app so I can't answer them. Other times I will "accept" the call in the app, but it neve actually connects to the call. This happens several times a week, sometimes even several times a day.
It was working fine, and now it seems to work just when it feels like it. Calls come in but I cant answer. Sometimes a call comes in and doesn't ring at all Their customer service is horrible. They are just plain rude. I rarely write reviews, but the customer service guy tipped me over the edge. Don't use this app if you really don't have to.
This new upgrade, puts the message screen as home screen. Come on, NO ONE uses Bell to msg! Just give me my directory or call history or something. And when my phone rings, nothing pops up for me to answer. It's TERRIBLE!
Unfortunately I have tried to create an account on several occasions but have not been successful. Also tried to log in many times as well. I would love to give this app another goo to give it a far chance if I could be assigned in the process .
Messages don't sync between desktop client and mobile. No emoji support. Just a low quality app that never gets updated
Used to pop up when a call came in, now it doesn't. Frustrating when it rings and you can't answer it
This apps is horrible. When does it ever get updated? I use it for work and it will tell me I have a missed call as its ringing.. I guess I can't expect much from a free app LOL
The app drops call as I answer them, it uses my data which it shouldn't be. Overall, not very useful app at all
Good on wifi, spotty on LTE. Does not sync status with handset.

Save yourself the headache of dealing with these people. No reception at all or customer service. They're a great bunch. Said no one ever.

The update made this app WORSE. Will they may have added a few features it is now harder to do the simple things. The app always vibrates and sounds a ringtone when connecting a call, which is stupid and I can't hear what a person says when they answer. Ring volume low or non existent for call forwarded calls, again making it totally useless. It is completely useless for business. I will see if Rogers offers any business services. I'm fed up with crappy bell apps.
The app doesn't receive calls regularly and I have to check call history to see any calls that tried to come through. Terrible app both on mobile and desktop.
This app works sometimes very frustrating for business. People call me and we cannot hear each other. Echo on recipients side when on LTE. Can I put negative 1 my rating. Bell support obviously said it's on my end. Been stuck on 2.0 for a while and no regular updates.
Terrible, this is just horrible. If you miss a call, your phone just keeps ringing until you kill the app. Dialing out rarely works. If you create a room then delete it, it comes back. Using it as a phone seems to be an option that was stapled on to the pile of garbage late in the game. Total Connect itself is great, this app is worthless.
