The app won't let me get past sign up. You sign up and try and log in and asks for a useful name. Now I can't use my new doorbell

Utter rubbish, after 3 phone and 2 wireless networks, I still couldn't take a call!
This door bell360 is the worst piece of (s ) I have come across.. people don't purchase it you can never get it to work.i try everything to download the app. and still can't get it to work.there goes my $100.00.
