I still can't remove a card that I've saved to my account previously, do I do this online? Also I don't like that it automatically saves a card I've previously used. Without asking. I don't want to keep this information in an app that doesn't even ask for a login. Edit (2/16/22) Thanks for the response. Considering swiping left/right is nowhere else in the app (afaik), I didn't realize I could do so to delete cards. Tyvm tho.
App lacks menu pricing. I configured a pizza to see cost but was unable to delete. App is easy to use. A link to a full menu with pricing or other method to show pricing would be very helpful. A method to delete from cart is imperative. Thank you for the points.
The app was great when it worked, but it seems to have broken and won't allow an order. It puts me in a loop asking for delivery or pickup after I enter my choices and try to submit order. I now have to go back to prehistoric days and call them on the telephone!
Double charged me initially (they noticed and I had to give card number over the phone to refund it). Missing features competitors have like discounts offered/advertised in app, delivery live tracking, and tip after ordet. I can't even find the order I just made.
The app malfunctioned but the manager Chris at the Clackamas location was extremely kind in making it right as usual. Even though it showed on his end the pizza was made correctly he still remade it for me. The service and food (once made correctly(not a fan of there red pizza sauce)) was above par as usual. Thanks for the new convenient way to get the best pizza in town. Once the bugs are fixed I know it will be PERFECT. Thanks again, Chris.
App is not well tested. Sent me a flyer in the mail to load app. My daughter's Galaxy s9 loads it. My Galaxy s6 gets this message: Not Found The requested URL was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
App worked as expected. My only suggestion is to make it a part of sign-ups to add an email address. I looked for my email with a delivery time estimate, but realized I didn't get it because the app never asked for my email.
I have tried to order using the on three different times. I click check out and select my payment and can go no farther. I have had to phone in my order and mentioned when ordering and at pick up and nobody bothers to even attempt to assist or care.
I give this app 5 stars all atound it saves you money and time also very easy to navigate its reliable
Great app, easy to use and navigate. Great reward program included. Pizza is amazing, staff has always been friendly and always gotten the order right. Would highly recommend.
Update 12/8/2021 Now the Goose Hollow location is unavailable for ordering and you can't change locations. Back to GrubHub. 🙄 There is no way to see your current status . The last order button doesn't work. I love that I don't have to use grubhub any more.
Simple, easy to use app for ordering delicious pizza. What more do you need?
The app doesn't include the specials, which is pretty much the only time I order pizza. Plus I feel like when I use the app my pizza takes hoooooours to arrive . Otherwise it's a really decent app for ordering pizza.
Would be nice to have an option for saved/favorite order &/or ability to reorder from past history. I don't like have to enter the same order details for every order.
The app would get 5 stars if they could get the correct prices for the specials. Each day is a special and the app doesn't give you an option for specials or adjust the price of the pizza when checking out.
Online ordering was always a bit cumbersome. The new app makes it so easy!! I love it!! Plus the free $10 credit for signing up with the app is a huge plus!!
The App is nice. Our past experience have been good and the employees are always kind and helpful. However this time we were to pick up our pizza at 5:44 and we pulled up front and called three times. Each time they said it would be right out. We got our order at 6:26 pm. Then we get home and one of the pizzas are wrong. We love supporting businesses during this hard time. I know that some days are busier than others.
Doesn't work. Tried to log in and it sends a text message, when you follow the link to the app, it goes to the app but the app doesn't do anything. App is broken.
Appetizers screen shows wings, but they're not available to order. One of the reasons we kept coming back to Bellagios was their wings. What a bummer.
I don't see any deals, so you have to call to get the deals. So no reason to use the app. So app is useless to me. It is well designed to be fair but again I'm never using to order pizza.
Great idea, just not for delivery. Doesn't like my address even though this address has existed for over 20 years. Hopefully it can be fixed in the next version.
Like the app, only issue is there's no way to order specific sauces on the side like blue cheese or marinara. Can only do ranch.
I love this pizza app. I win every time!
Delivery is not a good option there was no estimate and I felt like the app could have told me It would take an hour and half to get to my house when it would have been easier and faster for me to go pick it up and the worst part is the pizza is barely warm 😒 😩 😡🤬
Could not login to this app no matter how many times I tried. It kept prompting me to verify my logon with a link in a text message & then wouldn't work. Waste of time.
App doesn't work. Says to click on the link that it never sends you. So now you've lost a customer. If this app is an indication of how much care you put into the pizza, then there's no need to give you my buissness. Pitiful
Rare to hear a tri-state NY/NJ/CN term for subs 'Grinders' was hoping that Bellagio's offered the same NYC pizza/subs. No Joy :( Signed up to try with app promo - app errors No Bellagio's web server connection - zero'd out rewards for app signup. Waste of effort to try Bellagio's app and food.
App used to work great, but now will not pull up saved payment info or let you add new payment info to complete an order. App is broken and does not allow an order to be placed. Please fix.
Can't log in or sign up. There's no button or obvious way to sign up or log in. I try to order but it says i have to log in first. I try to sign up and all i can do is enter information. There is no forward or next.
It'll place an order for you, but that's about it. No order tracking, no order updates, nothing. Sparse previous order info, too, so unlike ordering from the website you can't see when you ordered, just the estimated delivery time... which, with my current order, is 30 min overdue. You can repeat your last order, I guess? Outside of the rewards program and the fact that the app is more reliable than the website when it comes to mobile phones, there's no real reason to use this over the website.
