The new version is anything BUT easy to navigate . It is so annoying that I am ready to give up on reading BND. The old app was 5 star,in fact I used to tell friends who were struggling with the STL P-D app how much better your app was. Now, to be honest, STL P-D, with its flaws is easier to navigate. When I open BND the image is so small I can't read it. Then I spread it with two fingers to make it bigger, but the result is the loss of the directional arrows for moving to the next page. I

Great news but horrible app. If the app loads properly than I fight with my subscription. It will say activated in account settings but constantly nag that it's not when using the app. I can fix it by going to settings each time. Ads still seem to float around because of this and it's beyond frustrating. Why not make a PWA app of the website and call it a day? I'm not sure if I can justify paying for this app if this isn't fixed soon.

The app just simply won't launch. Crashes every time. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. And yet McClatchy keeps taking my money every month for the subscription.

The BND is a complete waste. Have to pay $129 a year just to use your app. That is such a load of horse manure. You aren't with the paper you're printed on. Now, you're also not worth my screen time. The BND has become a pathetic useless media outlet. Stop suing every police department for access to classified information in ONGOING investigations and maybe you wouldn't have to charge such an outlandish price. Anymore, you are a complete waste of time.

Many difficulties for seniors or other individuals not computer savvy. Have tried for 5 days to get e-edition to work. All I get is a dull gray screen. Will cancel within the week if not fixed.

Would like to see more metro east news but other than that, the app is pretty great.

I like the in debt stories and related photos. I have four newspapers on my phone this is by far the best. I even like the ads because we support the stores that pay for the ads. I purchased a new car from one of the ads. Thanks for the good job with the paper.

It is easy to navigate and, most importantly, keeps me abreast of all news in the Metro-East. They also cover high school sports better than anyone.

Works great. I use it every day. It is more reliable than their home delivery.
