Crashes so often it's not even funny I have no idea how I'm going to complete setup with this super inconsistent app, and some steps of verification is stuck on loading, I Uninstaller reinstalled, exited, tried everything it it's still broken

Same as other reviews: when trying to sign up, enter my email but not email with verification code to enter into there box.

Can't even make an account. Tried putting in the email for the code needed to sign it and wouldn't go through at all

Great concept but the app is very buggy. Plus it's show jobs outside of your availability, the wait time in between jobs is unrealistic, and if your new recruit the time you wait for your first two jobs is longer than you want to wait. I waited almost a month in between the first two jobs. This makes me want to go back to my old moving job and that says a lot

Great concept when it comes to the type of service they provide but very poorly designed. Things like payroll, tips, customer review, updates, poor customer support and gas compensation. I had a job with bellhops on March 2020 and even the customer told me she had an issue with customer support being rude and non supportive. In business you need a good product and more importantly, a good SYSTEM. For bellhops, they have a good product but failed when it came to the actual system. What a shame.

It wouldn't even let me sign up for an account. I had to provide my email and it said it would send me an authorization code so I could create a password, but it never sent me anything, despite my trying multiple times and trying multiple different email addresses. So this was a pretty pointless download and I've already deleted it.

Can't even get started with a notification code. Tried 4-5 times. Also, I use to be a professional driver/mover for a moving company. Hourly pay seems good to people that don't know better. Especially if advertised at $15/hr. However, movers at real moving companies get paid by weight which I'm sure in majority of cases would be more money than any hourly pay a third party would offer such as this app and others. But, they have to make profit somewhere.

App is trash hardly ever works and stays crashed for weeks with no solution

It works. It doesn't work well. Logs out at random. Jobs are hard to read as it snaps back to the top sporadically when scrolling

Almost every time I open this app its asking me to login! I have not received a single notification from this app for the past 3 weeks since it's been updated and the market has been hot despite the pandemic. Fix it ASAP

Since the upgrade the company did to the app, it no longer freezes with androids and it moves just as fast as any other app! No longer getting beat to all the jobs by others. 👍🏾

Was suppose to get paid on the day i always get paid, then they say because the customer contested(basically want there money back) that my pay has to be pushed back the following week, that should not be the issue for the movers. if they worked the days that were ment for the day we're supposed to get paid then thats final, you dont push it back another week just because of what the customer did. The mover might really need his money on that day we supposed to be paid

I applied and it took 2 weeks to even hear back. Finally got a job and was excited until i didn't get my money. i called support and the person was great and i should get my money by Friday (almost 2 weeks after the initial job). I mentioned to support that i eould not be working anymore until i receive my money, and i get a job as soon as i get off the phone. i couldn't cancel it, and so now i can't work. I hope i at least get the money i was promised. If i do i'll give this 3 stars at best.

Horrible app. They try and hire movers for minimum wage, way lower than a mover should be paid for all the hard work. Dont bother with this. Waste of time and energy.

bellhops is a good job. but make sure this isn't your full-time job. I'm rating bellhops 1 star because the customers get to review the employees which is ridiculous. you can lose your job over what a customer rates you. I lost my job over 2 customers rating me 1 star over their belongings already being broken or their items get broken because they decided to rent their own truck with no equipment to keep their things safe. also make sure you have a vehicle beforehand. I would rate 0 stars

missed one job and they fired me. worst company in the world to work for. plus thier earnings per job is terrible. not a professional company to choose to work. i tried to even use their appeal feature to even save my job. but they still denied it. i was a good worker. maintained a fuve star rating with thier company. but guess they do not recognize the hard work I put in. most of thier movers are not very well experienced in moving at all. the training process is terrible. not a good company!!

I love working here!! I get to drive around all over town going into NICE houses that I could only dream of buying. The workers are easy to work with and sometimes the customers give you their expensive trash for FREE.

App is bad no code sent to me pls fix or have ppl avoid this company for further notice

This all does not work i signed up then went .into look for work it asked me to sign up again when i was already signed up.this app is garbage take it off app store

Unforgiving to the hard working pros, lazy with customer and job support. Good place to earn clients.

Had a lead show up almost an hour late. He was trying to rush and move stuff. Damaged minor things and blamed it on me, and they fired me!

New update bug. App crashes every time i try to select Availability.

Always crashes and no longer allows me to receive tips online for my work.

This was a complete joke. They expected me to drive from St. Pete to Bradenton for 30 dollars and weren't gonna pay for days on end. Where do I get the gas money for this journey? DO NOT USE THIS APP ITS A COMPLETE RIP OFF. YOULL GET $10 BUCKS AN HOUR AND HAVE TO DRIVE 2 HOURS total TO GET A JOB. How can anyone make money like that? All my money will be spent getting there and back. So if you like spending your own money moving other peoples stuff for $10 an hour this app is for you.

Works great. When it works. Which is maybe, just maybe, half the time.

Booked my team to help me unload my truck so I rented a truck, hired another team to load the truck. Drove 60 miles to my destination to find that the crew cancelled. So now I have a truck full of stuff and no one to help unload it. What a nightmare.
