I have an Android phone. The functionality of this app is very limited and it disconnects repeatedly. There is NO other way to control the volume on my devices without the app or smart remote.
People who have Beltone hearing aids should be able to have same as the people that have iPhones some people Android's different phone companys like motorola.its just no fair.i want to be able to use the apps on my motorola.why do people have to buy I phones just to beable to use the best app for beltone
Very unreliable.Frustrating because I find I need to use it regularly!
Beltone probably could be a leader in hearing device technology if they were not so greedy. Buy a device from a reputable company not Beltone. One that supports their products and customers. App has very limited functionality and requires proprietary accessories.

The phone conversations could be better. A good quality Bluetooth headset does sound better but I havent found one that you can wear with the Beltone Promise. Other than that it it is a great app to give added control for your hearing aids. Needs work to correct issue on Samsung Note 3. Have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling every day so it will connect.
Has the issue with the note 3 been fixed. Having to get aids and wanted to make sure it works with my phone or go with another company

Very bad design. Sound quality fair. Turns on when not needed for other blue tooth devices!
Working fine for 2 months, can't get my hearing aids to pair with app now. Needs lots of work.

I could have never imagined that hearing aids could be so good at improving hearing especially eliminating the tinnitus that I have had to suffer with for several decades.
