The parts of the app that work (vol control, environment settings) are ok, but mostly duplicate functions already available on the aids. The really useful functionality, like downloading updates & auto-switching settings, do not work. The app noticeably reduces life of the phone battery and the hearing aid batteries unless you close it explicitly after use. Overall - some nice ideas, but needs a lot more work from the developer to earn more than one star.

This is the worst app I have used. Connection stability, what a laugh. It only connects to one side and you can't refresh from within the app. It's unusable. Go back to the drawing board. Why is there not a way to turn off audio streaming. I dont want my phone media through my aids all the time. Its a really poor app.

Good app, when it works! I got my new hearing aids yesterday and they connected fine the first time. The app was easy to use and it was really easy to change through each function. However, later on in the day, my right hearing aid lost connection and was a right phaff to get it reconnected. After uninstalling the app and starting again it worked again. However today I had the same problem and my hearing aids won't connect at all.

One hearing aid constantly looses connection, the app sometimes streams audio through phone (notifications), sometimes not. Unpairing and reconnecting is a massive pain. Also there appears to be. O obvious way of turning notification streaming off so I can use my phone normally.....I dont want to take calls throuhj the HA. Only way to turn this off is to disconnect Bluetooth so can't use other functions and of course can't guarantee they will reconnect. Can't wait to go back to my old HA.

Disconnecting and only way to get it to work again is completely turning phone off and on again. Force stopping does not work. Turning aids on and off doesnt work. If I go out of range only 1 aid will reconnect. Extremely annoying. Using Samsung S21 version 12. Please fix because I am at the point of turning off completely.

It is not always connecting to the hearing aids. It either connects to the left one or right one and if I am luck it will on random occasions connect to both. When audio streaming again it does as it wants. I have been told that there is nothing wrong with the hearing aids so it must be the app.

It's such a shame this App has gone from 5 star to 1, it would be zero if I had the option. For the past 3 months it was excellent, since the phone updated to Android 12 (Samsung S10+) along with many other only one aid will connect at any given time and even that is intermittent, a week ago I uploaded the fault logs but have heard nothing. Hope the problem can be solved soon so 5 stars can return

Come on Bemore/Danalogic/GN, sort out the app for Android users!!! I have a Samsung s10e and it is constantly losing Bluetooth connections with my Danalogic Ambio smart 98 hearing aids and will not reconnect. This is affecting my quality of life as I need to keep stopping to disconnect reconnect, unpair/pair up Hearing aids, un-install and reinstall app again and again, everyday!! If not for this, I would happily give the app 5 stars.

Been waiting for something like this for ages. Now available with the new NHS hearing aids it's been a revelation for my father who now manages to hear phone convos clearly. It's easy to use & set up. Should have an induction loop system to use with phones microphone. Had some bluetooth connections probs. Sometimes been difficult to connect both hearing aids together, but when you don't need to connect & turn on phones bluetooth for other purpose they connect automatically.

Still needs work. About 50 percent of the time one or both hearing aids won't connect each morning. Also, can't hear music or phone calls in aids at all, even though it announces to every time I pair them. Keep working on this app, please.

App recently updated, now I have lost all my favourite settings and will have to create again. Slight annoyance, otherwise hearing aids and app are fantastic.

recognised hearing aid but will not connect with it on my Moto g30. Phone just had a software update to Android 12 tried to install BeMore again on the phone but it is stuck on download at 100percent. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and removed all gn programs and loaded as normal. now working brilliantly.

Would give five stars if it worked all day, just get half a day then it goes into demo mode and cant use any settings having to delete and then download again not fit for purpose no point having Bluetooth if the app is useless.

danalogic ambio smart 777, with a samsung A72 4g. phone now updated from android 12 ua4.0 to 12 ua4.1 connectivity now worse, repairing fails. No connection now possible ag all. Phone finds the HA's & both chirp, then fail on forced reboot of both aids I, looks like the failure happens when connection to GN database fails could this be android security blocking? I cannot roll back to ua4.0.

My hearing aids rely on this app and they just all of a sudden disconnected and now I can't get them to reconnect!, please sort it out if the NHS are giving these aids to help and then this happens it's shocking.

When it works this app is great. The problem I have is that the Bluetooth connection constantly drops out and I have to wait for it to reconnect, but then it doesn't return to the settings which I'd selected before it dropped out. Also the app itself takes about 12 seconds to load up. All other apps on my phone (Moto g6 play) load instantly. If these problems were resolved it would be the perfect app. 4/3/20. Suddenly the app has got worse and worse. Sometimes will not connect via Bluetooth. I

No - sometimes works fine but repeatedly loses connection with my ear aids. Uninstalled App and then it will not reload! Tried using my wife's Smartphone (a different make of Android). Still no success. This has happened before and then miraculously days later finally get a working download despite not doing anything different from my failed attempts. Not impressed. An update. I don't know what BeMore have done since I first wrote this review about a year ago but the App now works perfectly on my 2016 J5 Samsung Galaxy! The various features are useful and work pretty well. Background noise interference when at bars, restaurants etc is the major problem for me and the App helps to filter this out - although not a perfect solution.

I really like this app, it has a nice clean interface and is easy to use to adjust the settings how you want them, as a tinnitus sufferer, it gives plenty of options to change the settings to how my tinnitus is on the day, also allows you to get in touch with your local audiology department for questions regarding settings, faults even order new batteries etc.

Okay but recently poor. The app is struggling to connect to the hearing aids, despite full battery, both being on and being within 1 ft of the phone. I don't know if it's due to them not keeping up with Android software updates but this is poor. I have to try 3 or 4 times on some occasions to connect to the hearing aids so I can switch on the noise reduction when outside or in my workplace.

I've just installed the latest version of this app, which introduces bluetooth streaming. But there is no option to turn this feature off, so the hearing aid now argues with my over-ear headphones for rights to the bluetooth audio stream, which is very annoying. I only have a left hearing aid, and the hearing in my right ear is fine. This seems to be a scenario which was not thought of in testing. It is actually very rare that I would want to stream audio to my hearing aid, but there's no way I can stop it now.

Good app when it works. Connecting to your hearing aids is a lottery. When you finally connect which can take many times trying, the app is good. But, if you close the app to preserve battery on your phone, chances are it will not recognise your aids next time you open it and so you have the whole process to go through again. 4 stars for the app when it works which sadly is not that regular. Latest software upgrade 1044.4400 has rendered left hearing aid undetectable

I have a pair of Ambio Power BTE hearing aids and a Samsung Note 8. I cant connect the hearing aids to the app. After trying to connect I get a "please connect your hearing aids" message with a flashing red circle with exclamation mark. I think it may be my phone isn't on the 'approved' list. The hearing aids are not paired via bluetooth (altho I can manaually connect / then forget the from phone - with no change in app). Any feedback from devs would be appreciated. App looks good.

Worked fine for about 7 months, now hearing aids require re-pairing almost every time I recharge them. Audiologist said she wasn't aware of any issues with the app, but clearly there is. Problems connecting seems to have been an issue for well over a year. You might have thought GN were able to fix it by now. Clearly they don't consider it important now they've sold me the hearing aids.

Fantastic.....when it works! Sadly not at all now. Have tried reloading several times, it tells me it has found the hearing aids, then just circles. Left it in this state for up to 30 minutes, but nothing happens. Does not seem to like Android 4 at all, initial review was with Android 6 Having now used it with Android 9 it works every time, Great.
