XLR8 / is too fast and slows down
Ghosfreak / becomes invisible in blocks and can fly
Cannonball / runs fast, instantly kills met mobs
Ripjaws / quickly and automatically and breathes underwater
Gray matter / Can Open Doors
Four Arms / Super Jump and Super Strength
You can also choose Ben Ten, Ultra-T or Insectoid.
Also, alien mobs can be spawned from eggs in a creative mode.
