To use BCB Mobile, you must be an active Benchmark Community Bank account holder enrolled in Internet Banking. We are happy to provide Internet Banking at no charge to our customers. However, if there is no activity for any continuous 60-day period, the service will be deactivated which will affect your ability to access the mobile app.

Only thing I dont like is that the picture of the check does not show up on my checking statement online. If I deposit at the bank, I can later see the picture of my deposit. Since you are capturing a picture in the mobile app, it should be fairly easy to show that in the online statement.
Most of time I can see all recent transactions and can transfer between accounts as needed. Very easy to use.
Average app. No issues with performance. Does basic banking . Does what it is designed to do. Never had any issues, I've banked with these guys since 2014
App feels generic but does what I need. Unhappy as a new customer that it takes approx a week to get your debit card! They def need to have option to ship to branch, 1-2 days time. Impatiently waiting for a full WEEK! without access to my funds.
Almost easy to deposit check. Just had to get the light right. Other tasks I haven't used yet. But easy to check balance.
I love this bank and their app. I've been with them for 6 years and the app makes banking with them so much easier! I definitely recommend it!

I used to have my fingerprint unlock my account but something happened and I can not enable this setting anymore

easy to use.... fast.. didn't have to go through numerous steps to get what I wanted. Will use it more!
It seems clunky and difficult to move from app to app because it signs me out if i go to a different screen. I am not satisfied with the mobile check deposit feature either and that's why I downloaded it. Right now it's just taking up space. It needs improvement.
