I login and I cant get passed the agreements and consent part. I hit agree and it says saving for literal hours. I've restarted my phone uninstalled and reinstalled the app... Update: 4 months later I still cannot use the app. The guy on the helpline couldn't fix it either. The app says it was fixed to help with logins. I deleted and redownloaded the app with no changes.

APP DOES NOT WORK!!!!! I get errors anytime I search for a dentist. The app can't even find our plan to be able to make an account to log in even though I scanned the insurance cards to get this lousy app. Save yourself the time and just call the 800 number. Not that they will have many in network. I can only get dentists and specialists 60+ miles away.

I have been using this app for a year now, and have liked it. Now their terms of use have changed. I agree to them, and app says saving, but it is stuck there. If I back out, then log in fails. If I leave it, I dont know how long it would tie up my phone. I left it attempting for 5 min this morning. I have tried 3 separate days to log in.

tells you to enter a birthdate, then makes you scroll backwards by month from the current date. I had to go month by month for 29 years. Got to the password setup page, all criteria for passwords were checked green, hit continue and told me to fix errors on page, without telling me where the errors were. deleting this app

Cannot view my ID card. I tried to view my ID card to give my dentist information. I got an unknown error instead. Cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It still doesn't work.

If I could put zero stars I would. All for the simple reason that the app doesn't work whatsoever. Anything you do after you log in, it will log you out. Best use the desktop website

Can't get id cards, can't find a dentist in range when 40 results for general dentists from Google generate in a 5 mile radius, repeatedly kicks out of being logged in when ever you try to troubleshoot.

Nice and easy app to use.. For all those that complained about having to tap back to there birth year did use the app correctly... Simply tape the year and select scroll back the years... Simple.

You can login, you can SEE your coverage, and you can see what options you have to access your ID card... Know what you can't do? ACCESS YOUR ID CARD ON YOUR PHONE! The app crashes more than anything. Just use a web browser; that's at least a reliable way to view your information.

There is an error with everything I click. I need to see my insurance card...but I get an error. This app doesn't ever work right.

Not able to log in, i was able to log in on the computer, i had reset my password but the app on my phone is not taking it. Annoying

Nothing but errors from the second I go to look for dentist in the area within network. Should have known it wouldn't work given all of the bad reviews. What a joke.

Whenever I try to view my ID card the app shutdown, no use at all for this app, you can maybe use it to look for doctors but nothing else.

Can't login. Keeps saying there's an error, please try again. I can log into the website fine, just not the app.

Can't login, this was the app emailed for my FMLA claim but I don't think it's even the right one.

Cannot log in. Please hire someone to fix your app! This is unacceptable in this day and age to have an app that does not work. Please fix this.

This app is useless and only generates errors. Could not get my dental ID cards so logged into the website to get them from there, but the website only gives you a QR code so you can open the ID cards in the app, which is broken. Is no one paying attention at Sunlife?

Horrible, the app will not pull up my dental card, it won't email it to me! And it constantly says "failed"

Does not work! I can't search for a dentist because it comes up with an error. I don't understand why they can't give us a card. I'm really unhappy with this whole thing.

I also cannot view my Dental card or email it to myself. This app has a LOT of errors! 😤

It made me tap back from 2019 to 1964 to register. One tap each month. 660 taps. WT*?

Doesn't show up on my Samsung 6 Edge phone even though play shows it was installed.
