Worked great for me. Everythings neat, updated, and fully functional. I uploaded 5 birth certificates yesterday successfully with no problems and they got approved today!! One of the best apps I use!!!!

Help! This app says "This app does not support running on rooted devices". My phone is NOT rooted. I cant access any of my benefits if this app is erroneously reporting my phone is rooted. I tried clearing cache and data and it didnt work. I tried reinstalling, no change. I tried restarting phone, no change.

This app is great if you only want to look at your benefits, but awful if you need to upload documents cause it will stop working and won't let you! Company needs to develop a back up plan for when the app won't work right and the website is not any better. It says I don't need to upload documents and won't even let me try! Horrible, horrible, horrible!

your app is one of the most annoying things I have ever had to deal with. I had 6 consecutive errors trying to log in. using the same password that I just set up. and on the 7th time it logs in. as I navigated to a tab for my documents. it errored again. and logged me out.

this app aucks when you try to upload documents from your gallery it doesn't allow you to, it circles around for 3 min then takes you back to the log in screen and when you take a picture it come back on the preview screen altered badly. You guys need to fix this issue immediately!!!

SSO works sporadically! When I am able to login, I am satisfied with the app. However, it's aggravating when single-sign-on doesn't work and it reverts back to the username/pwd prompt. Who remembers their usernames anyway?? Please fix SSO to be more stable and consistent, and I'll change my rating to a 5!

There is no info to help u navigate the app like for example what is the bell up in top corner for? Trying to upload documents was a pain. I got it but it was horrible. Now I'm trying to get ID cards an I go to where it " SAYS " u can get them an there is nothing. I click on different plans I opted in for to find info on them and it logs me out. App seriously needs alot of work.

Downloaded the app and there's zero instructions. Asks for user name & password. Nowhere for a new user. Tried guessing and account is now locked. Says to contact them but hellooo there's literally only one page on your app and it's the one to sign in. No menu. No contact info. No instructions.

App needs to be changed when asking for birthday. Presenting a calendar and having people go back 50 years is a horrible user experience. Should allow user to type or if you want to have user select should have month day and year as separate fields with a dropdown instead of backing up 600 months.

Useless. Has no way to find in network services. I had to take a picture of my insurance card to have it on file instead of it just being there automatically like other insurance apps. No easy way to contact my insurance, or information on how to do so. What is the point of having this app at all???

I actually have a question. I have to log in every time I open the app. Is there a way to stay logged in? So when I open the app it is directly on the home page ( as other apps do)

Actual enrollment for benefits is easy. Trying to enter beneficiaries is absurd. You can't just enter a birth date. You have to flip back from the current month and year to the birth month and year of your beneficiary. SSN enter is flawed because you cannot see what you enter after the 1st digit. This is on an HTC U11 running Android 8.0.

easy to use and interface is friendly. Putting in DOB if you get logged out and do not know company ID is a nightmare--you have to scroll and can not simply put in a date.

very terrible deaign app. when forgot username, user need to put in the birthday, however user need to manual swipe finger back month by month to 40 years ago to select the birthday. such a stupid deaign when app show up a calendar . swipe like 20 minutes just to select correct birthday from current day

I am trying to upload my documents that i HAVE to have done and this app will NOT let me upload them. Because of that, myself AND MY CHILD may NOT get OUR benefits!!! I have NO other way to do so because I do not have a laptop or computer and everything is done on my phone!!!! This NEEDS fixed so others dont lose their benefits also!!!

It is a wrapper to the otherwise available webpage. The webpage itself is not responsive so the overall experience when you use this app on a phone is not satisfactory.

when recovering a password it asks for a birthday. On my android I cant type in a birthday, only select on the calendar, which starts at the current date. The app expects me to click back through 32 years , month by month.

Redesign looks very nice. Love being able to see all my benefits in one place, as well as my hsa balance.

Complete joke. No direct entry of birthday. Must use a lame brained control that forces you to scroll thru by month back to the 1960s. Are you kidding me. Fails to retain user data one benefit year to next. I've seen better apps developed by grade schoolers. Have informed my benefits team this app is worthless and any amount of money paid by our company for access is money thrown away.

I hate that when setting up profile it ask for your date of birth. And you have to click manually back to the year. I've been pecking for 8 minutes now. It should allow you to just type in the date

Entering your DOB could not be more painful... should be allowed to simply type DOB in, not scroll through each month and year for seemingly forever. I literally gave up at this step.

Cant open, just keeps crashing. Big surprise with a rating in the 3 star range.

Have been trying since open enrollment on 10-25. Have not been able to sign. Server is always out of order. I only have 3 more days to get enrolled. SMH

How can you rate something thats not working. I hope i still get the benefits i wanted was unable to download some paperwork that needed to be completed. PLEASE HELP.
