Stupid and doesn't work where are the great new plan changes. Total waste of time.
trash app doesnt let u sign in or anything 99% of the time dont waste your time this app is worse then a beta version of anything out there
Using the correct user name and password the app won't open at all. Not helpful .
Doesn't work. I enter my user name and password but it won't open anything and it doesn't tell me if I got them wrong.
I was only able to sign-in one time. Now, it won't let me sign-in at all! So, I uninstalled it.
HORRIBLE! THE APP NEVER WORKS AND CONTINUES TO SAY ENTER VALID EMAIL ADDRESSES!!!! WASTE OF TIME!

Most recent update will no longer let me sign in. This app has been hit or miss. Frustrating and disappointing...
This app use to work. Now it won't allow me to logon. No information to who to call.
Not even a splash screen. Just crashes with no option to report it.

Broken and not working, crashes on startup.
Cannot take photo or even import one from the ID card section of the app. Camera function takes blank photos, or none at all, and all imported images are a gray square. Phone numbers and websites useful though, and notes section works, but is just a basic notepad with only a single page
The 1.0 release seems to provide limited functionality. While it is nice to have all your benefit partner phone numbers in one place, some of the "additional features" that appealed to me (store a photo of your ID Cards for instance), do not work in this release. Futhermore, since you authenticate at the "company" level (not the individual), individual data that would be extremely useful (i.e. coverage limits, deductibles, etc.) are not available. Hopefully these features will appear on the roadmap later, as I think the concept is very cool. I look forward to future releases that may up the functionality. For now, think of it as "one stop shopping" for your company benefit partners contact info. Rating two (out of 5) stars, as the third bullet point in the feature set "ability to capture / centralize coverage information" (i.e. ID card capture) isn't working on my andriod handset in this release.
I downloaded the app after we got an email suggesting it at work, but it doesn't do anything when I try to log in. The iPhone version (which is actually the version in the screenshots here) is fine.
After downloading the app, it will not open. I agree with the other reviews. Do NOT waste your time.
An app for the sake of saying you have an app. Provides useless information that is easier to get elsewhere. No indicator that updates are available. Phone's back button exits the app, rather than just going back a page, forcing you to log in again.
All I'm seeing is phone numbers and websites for the my benefits.
Ok its cool how the app downloads. but now what?? It wants me to login with a user name and password but I dont have one. Where do I register??

Could not log in
Unlike others I was able to get signed into the app, but there's a lot of outdated information. The latest "library" information shows the 2020 benefits guide even though we just had enrollment for 2022. Most of the info in this app is pretty useless.
