Worth Application ever seen. Not able to download form, appli will auto close. Not able to view ecards Not able view policy details too. Useless application. Does not deserve 1 star also but have to give to proceed further
It's stupid slow and whenever I open the app and it will show "update available", but when I click on it "item not available". And the best part is if you click on one option in the app it will definitely take you to another. So far about downloading E Card...... Not available. So what is this app used for
Pathetic...I would have given zero stars if I could. This app is so trash and I don't know what more to say about it. They must have hired an arts student to design this application who doesn't even knows the basics. If the technical team is reading this..you guys seriously need to create a new application because the current one is not even worth upgrading.
Worst app. Connected to internet but still showing Internet connection not available. Can't access my ecards.
Worst app ever used. Always showing update is available and when you click update, it will show data is not available and retry. Also I have downloaded this for downloading my E-Card and it is showing It is not available.
facing issue in this app if forgot password and while reseting need to enter date of birth now sprize for you calendar is not coming with dropdown year and month so you have click multiple time on calendar till you reach your month and year e.g. 12 (months)*33 (age) = 396 clicks . could plz fix this issue ...its very frustrating
Just stupid thing. Not available to login in application showing wrong ID, but using same credentials for web portal. Whenever opens the application showing falls "update available" notification.
Its worst app. It doesn't show you your ecard. It says unable to retrieve cards. If this isnt usefull for ecards which may be emergency requirements and handy if it's in App. But no app doesn't work. Uninstalling this app
Worst App. Not sure why they have created this app. Can't see claims, ecards and application. I don't wanted to give any star to this app. 👎

This application experience is worst. I am only able to login nothing else is working. Any option like my policy, e-card, my claims etc are not working at all. Its like this since last 3-4 months. How much time required to fix this??
Unable to download e card and unable to search network hospital.
This is little bit good app but not as per expectations. Some options/ functions not working properly, like voluntary details page. Kindly fix the issue as earliest.
First of the application is worst and second after the latest update, it is not even Opening. It's showing "Network error". Please resolve and provide good application otherwise stop and remove from play store
Unable to login. The profile section always shows error please tick a checkbox to proceed further. Useless developer support. No one takes this app seriously except organizations introducing it.
This is slow and now with the new update, it's keep on showing me "Network Error". When it didn't allow me to download the policy document.
Useless app. It quits when I click on claim status. Forgot password never worked. This app developer has no clue on what needs to be done. There's no update for quite some time. Uninstalled.
Most of the things like e-cards, network hospital list are unavailable. I don't know why they launch this app if they don't have enough data. Disappointed with this app.

I have just downloaded this app. I tried to open it and it says 'No internet' so i had to delete it without any delay. Dev : Atleast you should test it before launching it to play store.

I can give ZERO since that's not available giving One star .. unable print Ecard, unable to see claim status... simply WASTE. Better remove this app from Play Store waste of memory.. don't know how the companies tie up with this type of useless service provider. I GUESS THOSE WHO GIVEN 5 STAR MIGHT BE COMPANY EMPLOYEE OR PAID STAFF
Hi Team, What is use of keeping this app in playstore. We are not able to login or use this app. Please fix the issue and keep this as alive and maintain time to time. It is sach a big company and not able to handle application in mobile in this current digital world. It's leads to give bad reputation and services.
