I wanted to view a document, and got to a screen that said there was no connection and gave me the option to retry, which did not work. There were no other options to go back or log off. I believe a menu option might be beneficial to this app.

I set up my user name and password. Wrote them down as I did it. The app would not let me in with those I had just set up. Redid them. Still can't get in. I agree with others. Useless app and horrible company. I have ended up in tears more than once when talking with them and trying to get money back.

I hope you can resolve the issue with your mobile app and uploading receipts. The interface for uploading and attachments is poor and needs updating to allow pdf receipts as that is what is the industry standard and used by most facilities upon request. I'm not sure why you even have a mobile application as it serves no purpose when customers have to go to the website anyways.

Save your money and do not use a pre-tax account. I uploaded my receipt from my email plus my bill and they would not accept it

The app never allows me to log in. contantly tells me my password or username is wrong but its not.

You put my name and password and two times said it was not valid and I know that it is since I just used it on my computer today terrible app

This is the most worthless app ever almost never works i would rate it less if possible

This app has some really new and innovative bugs. I've never before seen an app that has figured out how to unintentionally mirror a front facing camera making it perpetually frustrating to actually take a picture of a receipt. Bravo

Could only upload documents from photos or camera. What about PDF?

Much to difficult to log into once you've forgotten your username or password. Complete fail on security implementation (usability). Also the app appears to block auto fill of usename and password on Android 8.1.

Didn't work on my older model phone but works great with my new phone.

The app is fine but the company is a nightmare.

Extremely easy to use and submit receipts

Submitted a receipt and filed 2 claims in less than 10 minutes! It worked perfectly for me on my S7.

Doesn't let me do anything except view my balance. Maybe that is the service chose by my company though.

This app constantly "stops working" when trying to upload receipts and file claims. Great if you only want to check your balance.

I "try" to use this as my only contact with EideBailly. However, I get message on the web client that never show on this App. So while my account looks perfectly fine on the App, the truth on the ground is it may not be. No telling. When I call, they ALWAYS have me check the website. "It's correct there." Shouldn't it be correct on the app too? There is now way of uploading documents that aren't part of an ungoing active claim. So this forces me to send documents over email or fax. Seriously! This

When trying to submit a receipt, I'm only allowed to take a picture. I can't use a picture I've saved previously. I realize that probably extends the access requirements, but so be it.

Crashes every time you try to submit a receipt.

Generally does what it should do.

My one complaint is that when submitting receipts I would like the option to attach a previously taken picture rather than being forced to take a picture at that time. Otherwise I am very happy with it.

Can't submit parking claims for the app :( would be super helpful given how many receipts I have!

Doesn't work for State of MN logins. I can login via the web on my mobile but not the app.

Finally state employees are able to login and view account transactions etc.

so much easier than faxing.
