Very frustrating experience... Not with just app but the company itself. I can't sign up or recover/reset my password! I have to call or email to get that done!
Stupid app. I can sign in just fine on my laptop. Used the app last year. This year doesn't work. Won't be using this.
Unable to log in with my valid credentials. Has not worked correctly since uodate that removed the ability to sign in with a pin. Uninstalling.
fulfilled my need! uploaded jpg and submitted in 2 nims. Haven't tried any other formats, but as other complained not supporting pdf. Yes it would be nice to have pdf upload as well.
Does not allow me to log into my account. Tried many, many times and even cleared cache and cleared app data. Nothing works.
Cannot download the app. If there is an issue the app should be disabled until it is fixed. Complete waste of time trying to get this to work.

Every time I click forgot password it closes. I removed it and reinstalled and still have the same issue.
I think it is ridiculous that you have to change your password every 60 days. Now my passcode doesn't work! It is recorded so it is correct.
Doesn't work at all! They "updated" my benefits and then all I get is a blank screen for the app.

The app is alright. I'd give it a better review if you could submit a claim and upload a PDF from it. It only lets you upload images, so if you download an EOB from your insurance, you can't do anything without going to their website. Also, to the devs, the app won't let me continue because I'm on Android P. It seems to think I'm on a really old version of Android.
I can't log in. I've confirmed my password on their regular website multiple times but cannot login to mobile app at all.
Used to work fine for the older version but ever since the August 2017 update, the app will not allow me to log on and stay on. I do continuously get an error message and it kicks me off. Extremely disappointed and annoyed.
Follow main application instructions and login to have this application tell me I don't have an account, but it recognizes who I am... I have spent the better part of 4 hours trying to setup a pin on the debt card they sent me, to get logged off, locked up or told my account doesn't exist. Back to just faxing in a invoice and ignoring the mobile application and the debt card.
