No more scanning and attaching paperwork; simply snap a photo and upload it along with your claim if required. Even your pay-direct drug card can be found within the app. If any claims require your attention after you’ve submitted them, you can respond at your convenience. You can also view your benefit maximums and how much coverage you have used at any time using Benefits Now®.

Updates broke the ability to see Benefits and their maximums and the ability to make claims through the app as the bank info (which is set) cannot be read

Could not log in - "The server could not complete this request" error given. I called Co-operators and found out that if the password has a special character (%, &, etc), the app gives this error. I can finally log in after changing my password. If this was a known issue, maybe it should be fixed, or have a note about it on the login screen... just my opinion.

Very nice!! Gives me all the information I need. One note is last pass integration was not picked up on the login form. Would be a nicety for some folks like me who heavily rely on last pass or other pw managers. Also noticed some load time issues with the add provider form fields. When moving quickly the list fields did not load on the first attempt.

Works great. Very easy to submit a claim. Maximum benefit amounts with processed amounts is very helpful as well.
