From the latest update, the app will not open up. Sent several emails to app contact and no replies. Called in for help, they said all is working fine.
Been using this app for awhile now with no issues but since last update the app will not open. I read several reviews and I'm not the only one having this problem, please fix.
The App is very limited. I was hoping for more control and details of funds. The app just showed what type of funds I have (target date, large cap, etc.); it won't let me see which funds or allow me to change anything. What's the point?
app used to be good but stopped working once the recent android 9 update occurred. now it crashes and wont open. please fix!!
Gives basic information, but you can do anything with your account.
I installed this app thinking it was apart of truestage life insurance, but I had uninstaller as soon as I installed it.
I was using this app since December 2019 with no issues but recently the app won't open or start.
Functional but limited. Can't make changes. Save yourself some time and just go to the website
If app stops working and won't open or force closes, clear app data, then it should work again.
retire on target is not available on my plan, so I can't view stocks; can only see my balance not a real useful app at this time
Try to long in and it just flashes and won't open why!???

Nice app. A great companion to the website. Easy to use. Simple and clean. Really like the new finger print login and the balance on the home page. Great additions.
Rather bare bones. The appshows a balance and your target. A quick list of actions NOT supported are: - Viewing balances by fund - Placing fund transactions - Accessing any documents, forms or notices - Participant Service Center contact info is no where to be found - The app does not remember a user's name or password - The app does not support PIN login as most financial apps do - Support the viewing of quarterly statements without the need for a 3rd party PDF viewer. With updates the app could be good.
I like the idea of it but every time I log in the app crashes 🙁
This is a great tool for helping me stay up to date on my retirement plans! It has information in an easy to access app and gives me the ability to estimate my future retirement income.
Gives me great insight in to my financial planning.
New Dark mode is hard to read for the target retirement income the black font above and blue font below is dim and should be ajusted to an easier viewed color on the grey you are using.
