Can't give it more stars because I had to hunt down an apk and sideload the app on my own since they can't be bothered to add compatibility for the Nexus 6p. Update in December broke the app and can no longer log in. Per usual, zero response from publisher.

The BW website has always been awful, in the entire 3 years I've had an account. AWFUL. I finally decided to give their app a try and NOPE. It does not get better! In fact, the app is worse. At least I can sporadically actually make it into the website. I have never, NOT ONCE, been able to log in via the app. "Error Occurred", every effing time. It's a tad crazy to me they want me to invest my HSA with them but they can't even get their technology together. I'm observing all around failure. Time to switch!

The mobile app does not perform. The full website is just fine but the app is not working. Just shows error at login attempt. Very frustrating

Used to work perfectly, update ruined it. Now just get error message. Please fix it. It was so easy to pay my health claims before.

This used to be a good app that I used all the time. Now...all I get is an error message. I'm recommending going with a different company for HSA and FSA accounts next year. It's pathetic that in this day and age a company can't get an app to work correctly.

App only errors out and tells user to download the latest app which is what I thought I just did! I went back to GooglePlay anf sure enough this is the lastest, newest, most recent version I found. I hope thet fix this error soon. I'm very frustrated with this!

Logged in through the website just fine. When trying to log in through the app, get the alert about push notifications being off and when I try to enter log in info, an error has occurred. Based on previous reviews this has been an issue for a while. Need this fixed asap.

Also getting the message "An error has occurred" when I attempt to login from the app on my LG G5 running Android 7.0

Can't log in. I keep getting an error message that a newer version has been created and to update it. So I updated it and still get the same message.

Was working, now it says error has occurred. Have to go to website to check anything.

The old version of the APPLICATION was working fine...The new Dec/2/2016 version keeps displaying that(an error has occurred )on every login attempts on my LG_V20 cellphone,but I have no problem login in with my same login information on the website from this same device! "PlEASE FIX THIS ISSUE" Guys what is going on? It's now 12/28/16,and the login problem is still going on.....What is the situation?

Error occurred message on login attempt. Has been doing this for weeks now. It used to work fine but not recently. Please fix.

Just loaded this ap and it does not allow me to login. I get a message indicating an error has occurred. Verified I am using the correct user name and password but can't get in. Sounds like I am not the only one having this problem.

With latest version that is released around Jan 1st 2017, "too many permissions" issue is addressed. But fails to login. Simply it says "Error occurred"

It no longer lets me sign into it. It just tells me I have the wrong sign in information even though it's correct according to the website.

Won't let me log in. After I enter my credentials and hit login I get an error message that says the application has stopped working, and gives me the option to report it. Completely useless.

But then you had to go and update it. Since then, I can't log in on the app because "an error has occurred ". No problem with the website, but the app is currently useless. FIX IT ALREADY!

Update released in January still won't install, tried 3x. Using Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Have uninstalled app to try to get a fresh install, but it will not install at all now.

Have to use website. Even with a new phone, updated version, correct user and password. Now it is not working, sorry. Please fix for 5 stars, again!
