To login you need to use your default username: first initial and last name, and the last four digits of our ss# (e.g l., jsmith1234) the password will be 2013. When you reset password the username remains the same.

Won't allow log in. Changed account password because initial one wasn't working. New one still wouldn't work even after uninstalling as was advised.

Tried to log in. Wouldn't allow it
Can login online with no problem but everytime I try using the app, it tells me my information is incorrect. Tried uninstalling but still doesn't work.
