Junk!!!! Won't let me enter my email address to set up the account but won't let you bypass it either and of course there is no option for help. Been trying for a month now and they still haven't fixed it.
A great app, when it decides to work. Developers, for some reason your login service doesn't work at all if you sign out. So signing back in is an impossibility. Please fix this.
I enjoy my app. If I can remember to use it, I can save money, get rewards, and items to eat! Join in on the fun!

I am not able to create an account on either the IOS or Andriod version of your application please note it does not allow you to input your email address when creating a new account.

Unable to login using card number, going to give it a week to be fixed if not im uninstalling.
Never had any issues with the app, and it does everything it's supposed to - I just always forget to have them scan it when I go to get my delicious pretzel!
Local store advertises this app but refuses to honor coupon

Always offers promotions and then they never ring up. Extremely frustrating and difficult to navigate. This is definitely not a user friendly app!
The app worked when I first downloaded it to create an account but now when I go to open the app it just keeps loading and opens. I do get push notifications from the app but unable to get more details on the account that it won't open.
It's not very user-friendly. I find it hard to navigate. It's not tracking any rewards for me and when I go to the promo page, it always just tells me to download the app to get a free pretzel. Umm... I'm using the app.....
Free pretzel did not work. Thankfully the lady at the counter was sweet and gave it to me anyway.
Frist off your remember me log in feature does not work so I have to log in each time. Secondly I tried paying with the app to get my free jumbo pretzel but the cashier said they did not know how to do that but scanned it any way and still charged me for the pretzel. I also asked for a cinnamon and sugar pretzel and they told me it's on the counter by the fountain drinks. Every other time I went they put it on for me which I expect when I pay over $4 for a pretzel. I would not recommend getting the app or going there at all.
If I could've given this app a zero star rating I would have...I tried to different emails to sign up it said everything was good but then I sign in and it keeps giving me an error...u can not advance from the login screen...u guys really need to fix this app vefore expecting people to use it.
Where is the free pretzel as promised for installing your app? False advertising! The app is junk! Don't bother downloading it.

I have been trying to order an egift card for two days and it keeps telling me my card info is invalid which it isnt. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app three times and still issues. All I want to do is order an egift card and the app is so glitchy and doesnt work or I have to sign off and back on over and over to get simple things to work like adding the amountI want on the card. Doesn't make since and should be easier to use.
