There is no option to upload PDF receipts from your phone's files or cloud drive, only local photos. Even if you have a photo, there's no way to navigate between folders in your gallery; it only gives you access to the camera roll or the live camera. Useless.
Won't let me scan an item to check for eligibility. Also, won't accept any of my receipts. This app needs to be updated, it DOES NOT have clear instructions on how to use and troubleshooting is never any help, I also had a claim that I did not make, even before my card was ever used. Still never reimbursed. This app is TRASH!
This app is not designed very well. It does not give you the option to resubmit a receipt if the wrong one was uploaded. Just demands repayment. Also doesn't give the option to contact or speak to anyone. Wouldn't recommend.
New User, Highly Disappointed File a Claim button doesn't work. Says application has stopped everytime. Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. what's the point of this app if it doesn't work and not going to be fixed shut it down!!
Their desktop version and app differ considerably and are both difficult to understand and they don't show many clear concise paths to follow to complete your searches properly. A great resource but horrible at delivering the service.
So entering a claim and it doesn't take it. Why? The amount was larger than the available balance, BUT, there is a second account that should use the excess claim. And, you have to enter dollars AND 2 decimals even if it is a whole dollar claim. A decimal point doesn't work.
It's ok, I like the fingerprint ID but I wish uploading pictures between email and droid phones/iPhones was more seamless. Also I wish that previous care providers would be saved in the profile.
This app worked fine until auto updated on Nov 7 2018. Now it just hangs with white screen on loading. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times no lucks
Don't even bother using this company. If it's your only FSA option skip and save receipts for end of year taxes. You use flex spending card at a hospital or doctors office and its not sufficient. Instead of them coordinating with provider or insurance company they deny your claim and tell you to get more info. You ask for more info from provider and they deny again. Skip the government scam where if you overestimate for the year you lose your money or forced to buy stuff you don't want to use.
App is an easy way to file claims, as long as it's a photo. I wish you had the ability to submit other file types.
Great app, awesome FSA provider. Claims can be submitted via app and receipt can be attached right from phone's camera. Quick reimbursement, totally love it!!
App works pretty good but the camera used to take receipt pictures doesnt focus. That needs to be fixed.

Never easy, my claims never show up on the app, I dont know I have outstanding claims until I receive an email months later.
Cumbersome. The scan item does not work as the camera fails to focus on the bar code.
I use this app to manage my FSA. Its easy to use and I find it aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
Mobile app is a pain to manuever throught, you can only upload four receipts at once. Prefer to use ASIflex spend instead
Just another impersonal of more info collecting both personal and medical. This will be the last year for a flex account. The amount of stuff they need to approve u using your money....pure theft

App won't scan barcodes because camera won't focus. How was this not caught in testing?
I am never doing FSA again. Lately every reciept I submit is denied for some stupid reason. Then my money gets held up and I have to call to get the claim denied so my money can get released again. One time I called and the person I talked to was giving me attitude saying my claim was denied because I needed an itemized reciept. I said "it says right there, outpatient visit". She said "ok let me look again...oh we must have missed that. It does say it."...I'm so done.
balances? claims it doesnt have an account, yet it shows my deposits and payments.

The app is good. The actually company and service they provide is horrible.
All things considered, I don't think the app is absolutely terrible and it does make some things a little more convenient by not always requiring you to have access to and use a PC. That being said, probably the most irritating flaw in the software is the way you have to find files to upload for receipts. It's very cumbersome and won't let you look at your entire phone. It also won't let you access a cloud service, like Google Drive, where a lot of people keep their receipts
