BeoRemote

The new BeoRemote App gives you absolute control of your TV, giving you complete command from one source. The graphic interface is distinctly Bang & Olufsen: everything has been pared down and all unnecessary navigation done away with for convenient and simple control of your TV. The BeoRemote App not only gives commands to your TV. It also works the other way around. This means that every source, channel, stand position or speaker group you have already set up on your television appears on the app interface – with the names you originally assigned them.
The BeoRemote App currently works with the following TV models:
- BeoVision Avant
- BeoVision 11
- BeoSystem 4
- BeoPlay V1

Please update your TV with the latest software, by entering the SOFWARE UPDATE menu found via SETUP – SERVICE
- SOFTWARE UPDATE and follow the instructions in the menu.

works just fine for me. I don't understand why all these people complain about the app. I have a beovision 11 mk 4. as long as your smartphone and the TV are on the same network you should be good to go. I also got the latest software for my TV which I downloaded from the web. this app is not perfect, I agree with some users. The full keyboard would be a nice addition. but it's still replace a $300 remote control.

Endless loadings and notification in the end that no devices were found from network, while other products and apps are finding BS4 without any issues. This app used to work about half a year or year ago...

I have 8 B&O devices on my network, it finds none of them. I used an earlier version in a different apartment, never found any of the 4 devices on the network. Useless!

It works fine for me i use it for my beovision 11 but i would like to get it so I could use my keyboard on my mobile to type because the "joystick" is simply slow to use

Works perfectly on Fairphone 2. Now stopped using the beoremote that came with the TV.
