Love it because it always tells me exactly what's in my account and if it's a pending transaction, it's figured in to the available amount. I absolutely can NOT stand that every 2 weeks or so, it locks me out because for some reason, it thinks my user ID and/or password is incorrect. This part is super irritating and frustrating! Been lucky to have good customer service reps so far though

Definitely needs some updating. Many times cannot recognize endorsements so you have to keep trying until it goes through. No light flash when taking photos of checks so quality of images are poor. Would prefer that software recognize check when positioned correctly and automatically take the photo. For example, refer to software Liberty Bank in CT uses.

Bad, very bad The app locks up and loses all my log in information. I have to keep going through the sign in process repeatedly. I have reported the problem and was told it was just my device. I replied by informing the gentleman I have 3 devices and they all have the problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. It is not me it is your second rate app.

The app constantly either forgets your login information or demands "authentication". When this happens you cannot use biometric methods to unlock and have to wait for a text with a verification code. After entering this code you are required to enter a phone number again despite having just received a text at that number. This has been happening for over a year and I am lucky of I can go 1 week without this occurring. Do better

There are some significant drawbacks to the mobile deposit feature, not the least of which being having to add "For Mobile Deposit Berkshire Bank Only," a signature, and the account number. I don't know about anyone else, but I am not in the habit of memorizing account numbers, and thought the whole point of a mobile log in was to authenticate the account in question. Failure to include even one word, like "mobile," results in a declined transaction. This is very inconvenient.

App keeps losing my quick login pin and password. I have deleted the app then re-installed the mobile app and I have the same problem. I have to keep setting it up again and again. App is very unstable.

App actually is pretty rough. Works when you can re- login everything because it forgets credentials every time. Kind of annoying, but works once you get past that issue.

I have to re-login every time I open the app. Every other time I have to re-authenticate. Fingerprint login gets erased every time and is never usable. Once I get into the app it's fine but I don't need to pretend like I've never used the app before every single time I login.

I'm not going to be nasty. I'm appreciative of such a great bank that has looked out for me through my lack of banking knowledge, online shopping scams. Good business. Good people. But the app is a pain in the neck. It never works right for long. I've had to erase it a reload it several times. Why?

App is garbage. Online banking should be a breeze, but not with this! Have to re-enter my user name and password with two factor authentication text verification every time even though I have a pin set up. Such a hassle for no reason. This is Massachusetts, one of the tech giants of the world. Get an app that works. I'm very close to just switching banks entirely.

This app is garbage. All of the other reviews are accurate. It works fine when it's working, easy to do basic controls like checking balance, transferring money, and depositing checks but it will never save your log-in info and you will need to do 2 step verification 85% of the time you log in. Very frustrating. I miss Commerce Bank.

This app. Can be annoying. I can log in with my saved info for like 2 weeks and then all my info erases and I have to enter all my info everytime I log in. I have to delete the app. Re- download then my info saves for like 2 weeks and I have to do it all over again. Please fix. Thanks!

I love the convenience of being able to bank no matter where I am. I down graded my rating due to the fact that since the last update- I can't use my fingerprint to sign in. I keep getting "Authentication Required" message.

Works great on wifi, but when you're out and about (when you really need it to work), it's practically useless; buffers, crashes, then asks for the full password to get back in. Not exactly convenient when standing in line at the checkout. I really thought the card controls were a good thing, but now they're just flashy promises that don't amount to anything. Junk.

Edit: unable to log in to app for over THREE MONTHS now. Deleting app data didn't work. Reinstalling didn't work. I am at a loss. Original: I have not had a problem with this app for over a year and usually it is pretty good. But for the past few days when I go to login I get a pop up message saying that it is unable to validate my device and credentials, so I am unable to log into the app to view my account.

Very annoying how you have to login every time you open the app. And the check deposit process is glitching. Takes quite a while to get the camera to load and open for each picture. Shouldn't take as long as it does. *Update 10/8/21* Mobile deposit works great again, no lag on the camera as previously issues seem to be resolved. However, login is still required each time the app is opened, which is very annoying.

Everyday I have issues with this app. A lot of times it is not in service and cannot be used. I share an account an constantly have to have a secure code sent to the other phone on the account so I can get it from them to be able to access the app from my phone. This app is horrible. Completely delete it and start over from the beginning. It was never even good. I may switch banks just because the app is the worst.

Finger print login doesnt work, notifications don't work, it makes me verify my phone number on a daily basis, app is general garbage and I wouldn't use it if there was a branch closer than 500 miles from me

It doesn't save my easy quick log ins I have to enter My password all the time .I set up my fingerprint so I didn't need to that every time I log in just use my fingerprint and I can't seem to be able to

App is good except for having to enter my login information everytime. I was able to use my fingerprint to log in and won't let me now.

The mobile baking is a joke. It is supose to make things easier and it's harder. Trying to deposit 1 check shouldn't take 4 tries and multiple days!

app crashes and closes more than it actually works. Recently had to change UserId. The only way to update it in the app, according to support, was to uninstall and reinstall the app. I have cleared data, uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled. Now I am unable to get past the text verification without the app crashing. Have tried different order of operations to reinstall with no success. I would give it 0 stars but Google won't let me.

The worst bank app ever! Constantly have to login after fingerprint or pin verification! Makes you change your password so many times and locks you out so often! It's impossible half the time to even want to check your balance. It auto clears your login creds and glitches way too much! Can not sign on. Enter username and password. Then tap on continue and nothing happens. Nothing. App is useless. Been installing and uninstalling for the past 6 mos.
