My Samsung's Galaxy S3 tablet up dated itself and now I cannot get the Berkshire bank app to open .I brought it to the Geek Squad and after trying everything, I was told to check with the bank and see if they can come up with a app that Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 can support. I always us my banking on line, now what do I do. Thank you please help.
This app needs a lot more work. One star because it's unable to fully update ! Used to work to check balances. Time to put Berkshire money into software talent, maybe also time to put my money into another bank
As with others.....brand new Samsung TabA, app keeps shutting down, will not run. Unimpressed, uninstalled.
Will not open on new Samsung tablet. Is this the excitement they are telling us about? An app that doesn't work?

Not receiving app on tablet
Cannot login the majority of the time.
Constantly crashing.
Can't even get pass ridiculous security questions to log in and use the app...ask questions that date back 20 years ago...then when you call customer service to resolve the issue it's a 20 minute wait and they are no help in the end........I hate the fact that my local bank (commerce bank) got acquired by this non customer service oriented BERKSHIRE BANK.....Will definitely be closing my account with this bank....Can't deal with the lack of customer service.
Transfers and bill pay don't go through like they should. They take too long and for the bill pay it won't let me schedule a payment that's due in a few business days
On my Android Tablet (Samsung TAB 4), I cannot deposit checks since the choice does not exist despite the existence of two cameras.
1. Does not update checking account balance properly. I use debit, with PIN, but it takes days for it to reflect. 2. There's no option that shows loan payment due date or amounts. 3. When paying a bill that takes only 1 business day to deliver, in reality it won't s schedule it unless you choose a date a week or more out. The only thing that works is making a loan payment from my checking account, and even that doesn't update quickly...
App stopped working after recent Android update. Berkshire technical support useless. Thought I'd try again but can't even sign onto online banking. I would rate it 0 stars if I could. Windows based online banking works fine. No better or worse than other banks.
