Tried a specific street search - kept telling me my search was "too specific" & to use less details for my search. What's the point of having a search feature if you can't be specific???
Absolutely useless app. All you need is Google maps
Have just spent 4bdays in Berlin using this to navigate around. Great map and the GPS was spot on. Lots of areas where show. Would recommend this to all. To improve it I would add the ability to add lots of pins.
I stayed in Berlin for 2 months, and I used this app almost every day. Has a great search system that's easy to use. It'd be even better with an update and polishing.
It's just a big image file and a database of places on the image. Unfortunately it's not complete (didn't have my big hotel in the centre of town on the Ku'damm) and it's not interactive (so you can't click on anything for more info). It has no navigation aspect to it so can't tell you how to get somewhere. The only advantage is that it has shops labelled on the image. If you don't need that Google maps is much better.
There are numerous other Berlin maps but not many are working off line and even amongst these this particular map is one that is clearly among the best. It is absolutely essential for moving around the Berlin. Developers, thanks for this very useful app.
Great map, very accurate, lot of detail and functional easy to use search function, really made my life in berlin easier!
The best application to travel in the city, many places, many features. No internet needed, if it could be like a google map (that you can change the map view, like rotate it etc...). Best recomended for Berlin.
And the free version helps you find where you are and where to find so many things

Very comprehensive information. But really need to be able to mark favourites. Like my hotel, or restaurants I want to visit. Please do before late May🙋
Used this app nearly all of the time to navigate Berlin on a 3 day minibreak. It's brilliant! Even has building numbers and restaurant names etc.
very useful app for orientation in an unknown city. kisses to the developer if he will add favorite places management.
The zooming is somewhat flaky, but otherwise the app worked great and with the openstreetmap data it was pretty complete.
Very easy to use & great clarity. Would recommend to anyone visiting Berlin.

Good application
One minor thing, searched for rosenthaler strasse which was near Hackeshermarkt, but was directed to Blankenburg which is 7km to the north. Searching for Blinden museum got me there eventualy.
This map is perfect for offline. The ability to. Switch GPS on and off as needed is also great. The refresh wasn't the smoothest but it updated the map movements pretty quick so it was good enough.
Only improvement I would have liked would be a "search for intersection" option as I never enabled gps mode (international data roaming too $$$). Useful enough I didn't hesitate to purchase the same map for Rostock. Thanks very much!
Good offline map to Berlin, street search auto-complete was a lifesaver.
The zoom was not working fine. ...impossible to find out a street for me!
