I streamed opening ceremonies to my TV and it is better than the over the air picture in WOW. But why does the update need access to my files and sd card???

Rio 2016 sports app. Okay bit bermuda internet speeds are poor. We don't get what we pay for. To bad they don't put there TV channels up on this medium.
Was able to view the sports on any channel a few days ago but today can't view any channels. I've uninstalled the app and rebooted my phone but no result. Race has now started and NO live races are displayed. TV 7 will have to do.
