I always got an error when trying to finish my order and paying. I even called my bank and asked them if I have a problem with my card but they assured me everything is working fine. After many tries from the app I gave up and ordered from their website. They need better organization in the feed and to fix the issues with ordering.

why is this app 80 megabytes?? Doesnt everything run from their servers? Also its quite buggy. Better to just use the browser version.

The experience on the app is absolutely terrible! Not only is it performing bad and has a weird way of working that takes forever to figure out, but the delivery is undeservingly expensive AND they do not offer payment on the spot! Would not recommend this to anyone and, honestly, I think I will reconsider my purchasing from this brand as a whole. 0/5 stars.

The worst performance!!! I don't know what's wrong with it, it always shows error when I try to make payment!!! I contacted the customer service, they said they will look into it and solve the problem but they never did!

I Made order which been confirmed. Also received the confirmation email. For many days I didn't hear anything from them about delivering the good. Then I Decided to check the orders status,but surprisingly the order been cancelled without even telling the customer.

The thing is I love the app and the way it looks, and I am not going to delete it, BUT the only problem I have with it is the fact that I can not add items to my wish list anymore, the heart doesn't turn black( maybe it has a limit of 25 items???, I don't know....) And that is the only problem I have with the app. All in all, it's a great experience , and the products are of great quality. Congrats !! BUT PLEASE RESOLVE THE WISH LIST ISSUE!!!! Thank you!

The app is slow, you can't add and pay with employee card, I tried on android, iOs, windows. It's giving many errors. I payed for one order, it registered and took money twice and now I will receive two times same product and I will have to stay again on a line in the store to return one of them :) super nice experience. In the end, is still better to go to buy in the store.

I get that it's new but that was stressful. 💀 Kept crashing freezing then my phone ultimately said that the app stopped working man

I haven't ordered anything yet, but I'm ecstatic to discover that you have plenty of options for my waist size! It's so hard to find 23 inch waist womens clothes now! Definitely going to be shopping from this app!

Very slow, tons of error messages with each step in the purchase process, hard to use and navigate through the app.

Customer service never getting back with proper answer: I am emailing that having problem with completing the order they are answer how to return the order 🤦‍♀️ I gived another chance and again emailed with same problem they answered completely smth else 🤦‍♀️🙄👎

Some items are displayed as on sale, but when you put them in your cart, they charge you the full price. They managed to trick me for 6 euros. I don't recommend you to purchase from them. Plus I ordered a bunch of same model clothes, but different colors - they use different materials for different colors so the clothes fit you differently although they are supposed to be same size and all.

save some clothes to buy them on sale. the app was blocked and when I was finally able to enter there were only two of the objects that I chose. When I wanted to pay for logistics reasons, he told me to divide the order, increasing shipping costs. When I had already divided them for shipping, they confirmed that the garments were finished.

You're literally not able to pay and order on the app. It just shows a blank screen.

Very poor app. Many basic features available on the web site are completely missing (categories, settings?), parts of the app are untranslated (scan menu) from the language they were originally written in. The developers were definitely underpaid and/or on a tight deadline with this one. There's absolutely no reason to use this app when the website is leagues above it.

Three stars because you removed the "in-store availability" choice. Also, when you go back from a category (for example trousers) you are not taken back to the list. You have to go down again then choose the "women" section and then the category of your choice. Finally, there are some lags here and there but, overall, I've never been disappointed with a purchase and the prodaucts are exactly what they look like.

The app is painfully slow and not working properly. I suggest using internet browser

Bought two pairs of shoes to be delivered. Firstly the delivery was so badly organised, that I had to pick it up myself from spar after finally going there for the 3rd time. The packaging is totally unacceptable. The paper bag was torn when I picked it up and the shoes were absolutely discoloured. Very unhappy with the service and products overall.

I like the things it sells, but the app in itself is made badly and honestly makes you want to stop shopping. I had all my items in the cart, and all of a sudden they were gone! Same thing goes to the wishlist. All in all not a pleasurable experience.

You delete things from the basket it doesn't update. You select a product to look at, when finished it brings you right back to the top of the list. You filter by size it still shows you every size available. In the wishlist everytime you delete an item you end up right back at the top. COME ON .. SORT IT OUT PLS

The app is easy to use, the only thing I miss are the recommendations from what other products the models are wearing. When I look at shirts but see cool pants on the model I'd want to be able to click on it right away instead of having to look for it myself.

Terrible app. Save your save time and money First of all shows you an item is available then after taking it to the carts says it's sold out. This has happened to me more than 10 times. Then when you order they spilt your order then never deliver your oder and only says on transit. It's bee 4 weeks since i ordered and i can't cancel the order since it's on transit. Upon contacting customer service it takes you days to get a response only yo get an email that thry received your complaint

It has been 2 weeks but I didn't get any package so I contacted and they say it has been damaged so is being back to warehouse. I was expecting to get it whole weeks so I am soo disappointed...It was such a waste of time. Also, I had to place order again if I want to get it. But with this experience i don't want to order it again. It's too slow and they should have contacted me before for the damaged package. I felt Customer service was also not good since they don't seem sorry for this issue.

I love the clothes, very good quality and the customer service is great (in store) however the returns are very confusing on the app I wish they had an easier way to do it,like a return page on their app instead of having to go online or message someone through email.

Easy to use and I love the variety of clothes that you can choose from and the way they are arranged in the app it makes it very easy to use it and even to buy. I have bought from this app and the payment system works perfectly fine and everything is smooth till the day you place your order and the day it arrives.

For a shopping app it leaves a lot to be desired. There isn't even a categories list. There's a search option but not the option to sort or filter your search. I'm going to uninstall it as I'm not sure I'd trust an online purchase via the app.
