After latest update, everytime I unlock the phone the screen is dimmed and non-responsive. If I tap on the recents button I see this app there. If I swiped it away the screen is back to normal for a moment then it happens again. I have to wait 30 secs or so for it to go away on its own. This happens most times after unlocking the device. Only workaround is to delete work profile and reactivate.

If your IT admin sets up BES12 in your organization correctly, the app will work 100% fine.

It is lovely to use
Useless. Wanted BlackBerry Work. Got offered this. Doesn't seem to work at all. No place to login which is what my company process says will happen. Rubbish service.
