Best African Proverbs and Quotes - Daily

A light application containing numerous proverbs of the wise & a few that would get you questioning yourself ‘now what is this doing here?’ I like the African-inspired background pictures as well as the feature of saving previously "♥️ed" proverbs. What I do not quite like about this application is the fact that it tends to cause other applications to misbehave after it has been running for several minutes. Apart from this, it is a good one that will get ⭐⭐⭐ from me.

It's a nice simple little app. I just wish I could throw a couple of quid at it to get rid of the adverts. (I mean, I could just stop the ads by sticking it behind my firewall. But that would be cheating the developer out of their income. Which I won't do on principle.)

Should have more quotes or update new ones often. Users have acess to a small portion of quotes and no new content to look forward to. The proverbs gathered collectively are great to go by, and have depth in meaning but I get bored with seeing the same thing. I open up the app way less than when I first downloaded it. Dime.

All good for me! Has lots of interesting African proverbs from a wide selection of cultures across the continent. The app is very user friendly. I haven't had any significant challenges directly associated with the app.

the daily notifications is thee best thing about this app so far . I was hoping the proverbs could be done in a mix when scrolling through . And also an explanation of the meanings also would be great . Either than that , with the classy backdrop & proverbs this app is definitely 10/10

I love the quotes and having them pop-up on the screen at my chosen time is perfect. The range of both subjects and areas of the continent is enlightening in itself, especially those that come from the areas on my Ancestry map, like a voice from home!

I luv the Quotes, my issue is ...I can't share them! It won't let you share on Facebook, it will only let send a direct message on Instagram! Proverbs & Quotes such as these, I would to showcase this ob my pages ...but sadly there's few issues (bugs) that need too be work out. Until than ...my rate will be 1 star 🙇🏾‍♂️😔! Please review and fix these issues 👌🏾

Good insight from the African culture. I wish that the app had the capabilities for daily notifications , so that it can pop up on my notification bar. Othe than that, good app with attractive wallpaper.

This simply an app with so called many African proverbs. It gives no information about the origin, context or meaning of the proverbs. It's waste of an app which could do more. Very disappointing.

They are the roots of my background in terms of cultural education, humanity,dignity and more over the best ever written motivational words. I feel like reading them now and again and their ingredients are mind absorbing. I highly appreciate having the Best African Proverbs.

Perfectly arranged and easy to use. Real African terminologies used in proper English though. Offline usable.

Greek philosophers can't hold a candle to African proverbs, absolutely love this site, however there are a few ads, but only one at a time, for about,5seconds, and then you can Cross IT out, not bad for free.

I give this app four stars because it is very insightful. I use this for preaching as well and has proven to be inspiring and motivational. Thanks guys.

very confused app. this app has no beginning or end. when tap the right button it has no end when tap left same thing. you don't know where you start. the content has no begining same way you can't tell the end. you can't even know the start. every book in this world has a beginning so update it let's know where the content begins and where it ends. thank you!

This is a great app, so much wisdom in these African proverbs. I like that I get daily proverbs on my homescreen without opening the app. It has helped so much to give guidance to my son and myself and I've enjoyed exploring the meanings with him.

You cant share message to other social media, you can only share app and this is very bad because not everybody want to receive the app but everybody want the message quotation. So, let the message quotation be share or copy to family and friends.

I have recently been enjoying the Black African Proverb messages. I have shared with others. One question? Why are the "Background Pictures" not being sent when the message is shared? Hummm~ They are beautiful also.

I really love this app. I was trying to find an afro-centric, succinct way of sharing wisdom with my grandkids without long lectures. This app does the trick. I find that much of the wisdom shared can also be found in the Bible. This app has many jewels of wisdom for the current time; while we are in a pandemic, recession, racial inequality, and police brutality etcetera. It would be great if when we share the wisdom with others, we can also share the color and the graphics behind the words.

spot messages. There are no ads pop ups which tend be irritating when using other apps. Keep the ads off the app.

It's uplifting and gives me a sense of spiritual significance from an Afrocentic point of view. I've had this app for over two years, and do not ever plan to delete it. Thanks!

Good app, lots of good proverbs. It would be more enhanced if the sources would also be included like country of origin for example.

Personal speaking for myself I truly enjoy every minute of it.. So far I have no complaints on my end.. It's do make a lot of sense when you can read between the lines..

App is pretty easy to use & to the point. It teaches life lessons. I get inspirations from these proverbs. I love it this.

these are great words of wisdom, and from an culture I am less familiar with, I find it much inspiring and entertaining at once. I think its a wonderful app.

The app generalizes anything that people might find essentially helpful and for that I rate it four starts let alone to the fact that there isn't any grammar issues thereof.
