App is not accurate. Wait times are bad. If it says 6 mins expect 10+. Some drivers are good but there are plenty that are pieces of Sh**. Always on the phone or running their mouth. This service is declining more than ever.

Takes too long to get a driver by app or phone. The only good thing is the pricrs. But i rather pay like 3 dollars more to get quick on time taxi's. I can flag done a taxi faster then actually getting a taxi on the app or getting a representative on the phone

I wish the coupon feature worked with on the app itself. you have to call the number directly to use the coupon..otherwise it's great !!

Best Deal Car Service is a big deal for me. I really like their services. Now I can get where I NEED to go ON TIME. I AM SATISFIED WITH BEST DEAL SERVICES. All of the drivers have hospitality that are with manners good clean conversations candy music and smooth safe rides in pick-ups and returns. Turn it up! My experience was the worst experience I was told one price when I got in the car and then when I get out of the car they raise the price and expected me to give them extra money when I didn't have to when I was told a certain amount I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau on Monday morning so get ready for a rude awakening so I give this car service zero Stars

I also wish the coupons/discounts worked without the extra work. Some drivers were not always informed. There are some improvements needed

I have been unable to book rides lately. The service has deteriorated tremendously. I have deleted it from my phone as it has become useless

BEST DEAL HAS THE LAZIEST DRIVERS AROUND, THEY PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT CALL THEY WANT TO TAKE . IF YOU WANT TO GO ANYWHERE PASS FORDHAM ROAD THEY WILL NOT PICK UP .. THEY ONLY PICK UP WHEN YOUR DESTINATION IS 10 MINS AWAY ,THIS IS BAD BUSINESS. I'LL HAVE MORE EYES LOOKING AT THIS SITUATION, YOU GUYS NEED NEW DRIVERS THAT WANT TO WORK .

I haven't taken a taxi in a long while, and I must tell you that the service is excellent. The driver was very pleasant and courteous.

This new update while visually appealing, is not as reliable as the old app. Please update to current the issues asap

I'm enjoying the app a lot, drivers have been prompt and personable. Only problem is that I'm unable to add a card to my account. The scroll down offers only "OneCard" as an option- no Mastercard, Visa, etc. So when I need to use a card, I have to call dispatch. Fix this, and it'll be almost perfect!
