Awful Customer Service. The app looks good. I wasn't able to do everything I needed and contacted CS on WhatsApp, but they were never able to help me because they only work India time and have no one in other time zones to help. Horrible experience.
The app is great so far, but I was online using it just for trial purposes. Can I use its features offline too? Can my people "punch in" if we're offline? Thanks. Edit: Also, why I can't buy add-ons?
Edit: Tried chatting with tech support on the desk top version. Wasted all day getting caught on the loop of answering the same questions from a bot and no real solutions. Uninstalling. It was good, I liked how the app clock's you in by taking your photo. However, after training all my employees to use it, I couldn't purchase subscription as it has declined all of my cards, and I've tried several times with several cards for 2 days now. I've contacted their support email but never heard back.
Web pages and mobile apps, it take long time to access. I suspect your server not have capabilities to keep good connection. Kindly fix, i am paid customer, tq.
It shows present late. And if we puch it, it shows absent mostly time.
Very useful App for all institutions and organizations.
In earlier version I could see my overtime hours above the calendar and then calculate the same with employers payment but now such data has been removed.

The best apps to use to record down attendance of workers till now. Although there are still several features in shift do not meet my requirement, but the rest of them are quite easy to use. Hope they are able to update their shift feature into more flexible way to use such as we are able to create shift on the same day and able to provide 2 shifts in single days (1 for normal shift and 1 for on call shift at night). Then it will work perfectly!
One of the worst app to take attendance after once you log in its running in the background. I have to close the app everytime by manually. and don't no why it's asking for contact permission. Really dispointed.
My card was deducted but the app plan process was not succesful. I cannot enjoy the premium feature yet. Adjusted rate as their customer service sales support team is responsive and helpful.! Will rate the +1 point after I fully receive the refund 😊 (UPDATE: money has been returned and the service is Outstanding! The developer and its team now deserve a 5 star rate)
This is easy to use software and it has many features that really help to get organized with HR management. All of the basics are there with some great advanced options and tools.

Great application. I just bought the premium version, very cost effective and very productive. Good bye to all traditional attendance systems. Team is very responsive, they provide me a good assistant to install- which was not required even. Thanks to UBI team!
This app is useful for managing the employee details and attendence of candidates... With in a few second. Without wadting of time.... Most of the app have soo many adds.. But this app is very easy and soft to use... Mindblowing application. Employees can check self details... Without taking permissions from accounts department...... Wonderful application. 😉😉

Hi, how can I find the inactive employee list? I have sent an email with my issue to customer service but there's no response. I added an employee and pressed inactive. Now I cannot find the employee and I cannot even save again because I get a notification saying the employee exists.
