Still can't sign up for classes on Sunday. What is the problem... We're not buying the fake answer that "the system is transitioning to the new week," because it DIDN'T happen when you first transitioned to this new app. So, FIX IT and stop telling us a made up reason for why it suddenly malfunctioned. We're not stupid. We ARE frustrated and disappointed customers.

Takes forever to load just to check in to the club. They switched to new app without saying that in the process it will eat up all the points from before. there is no ability to setup workout plans and track them.

If I could give it a zero I would! Simply awful compared to the earlier version. Miss the Xcapture feature, now you have to manually add workouts. Erased all earlier data,(check in history etc. very very disappointing.

all i can do after installing it is look at a splash screen. can't get passed it even after installing multiple times. It would be nice if the developer would spend 60 seconds of additional effort and list the minimum Android OS version in the app description. But I guess that would be asking to much.

dump this app..I cannot find how to modify calories when customizing workout. keeps showing 176 calories after a 2.x run with incline avg 10.5. also if I leave my stylus on a custom workout it replicates it dozens of time. I SHALL NOT BE USING THIS POORLY DESIGNED ARCAIC TOOL FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN GETTING IN THE FRONT DOOR.

Iphone version is better than the android. Alot of times with the android when you try to enroll in a class all the current dates are grayed out and unclickable tried to restart it but still the same but when I go use my Iphone there seems to be no problem at all I can click on all the dates that are open for that week and enroll in a class just fine. Also on my google phone when you go to the scheduled classes you signed up for and barely touch the screen it would slide and show that delete but

It's not user friendly. Signing in wasn't easy and now I can't connect my Fitbit. I prefer the old app never had any issues on that one and very easy to use.

app is often unavailable and difficult to access! I'm not very happy with it. My password never works and will not store it so that I have to put it in each time...then it doesn't accept it! NOT GOOD

The calendar picker is confusing, often doesn't work and doesn't align with the actual class date. My points are gone, along with dates for classes and instructor names.

It won't allow me to sign in. extremely difficult to sign up, kept kicking me back to log in with no errors. Tried it again a few days later and says my username is taken. Now I try to sign in with my username and password and it just kicks me back to log in with no errors.

I love the idea of this app but it's actual functionality is low. I need this app to be able to schedule my gym classes and it's a headache. Hope the bugs get worked of the app out because I love this gym.

app continually crashes, often doesn't update or allow a schedule view, i don't sign up for classes anymore, just show up and walk in.

You can't really use this app for anything other than checking in. And if you used up your high speed data for the month, this app can take forever to load.

All workouts from befitt is not being posted to the app. workouts that are posted to app, calories and heart rate does not match what was shown in the class.

This app is trash still shows points ha ha u think with the mo ey u charge u could provide your customers with a working app.now that yoga studio is no long included and had to opp in to a new 2 year contract just to use the yoga studio but I can use the app what a joke best gum in the north east

Calendar shows the current week but list of available classes shows the previous week so I can never use it to sign up for a class.

I cant book a class at my preferred location, which is Nashua. Since loading the new app I can't set my club location. I only get to choose from several locations in NY and two in Mass. I live in Mass. but only get to choose from Danvers or Springfield which are too far away.

I love this gym but the app makes no sense and does not always let me sign in to my classes at both locations even though i have paid to be able to attend both

Terrible! Can no longer see my schedule with my personal trainer. Will not sync with my Fitbit and no more points... Why did they change the app? No improvements here!!!

Terrible app. The only functional option is the barcode for check-in. Literally nothing else works right.

Takes me more time to try and scan the barcode to check in then it does to get to the gym. What happened to traditional keychain tags or membership IDs. Honestly needs work.

Can only use to signin to the club and view the class schedule. Cant schedule classes as it only brings you to your dashboard. Doesn't log how many visits either

The worst app; the bar code is too small so it never works under the scanner! It doesn't deserve a one star!!

I am not able to make a payment on the app, and instead receive error messages. Please fix so I can pay!

very bad app! it doesn't recognize any attempts of my email address, username or password.

Ever since the update on 10/9 I can't login. App it's a little clunky but gets the job done.

It don't work, I have to be looked up and sign in at which point they tell me to download the new app and sign in,,, how it can't sign in the new app

Will not pair will fitbit. Clumsy registration. And worst part - eliminated point system. No more rewards for you!

Won't connect to wearable. Can't connect to my bestfitness online. Won't allow checkin due to .99 balance owed.

Calendar is not consistent with display... It doesn't scroll properly...
