Need more update, Banknifty Index need to show. Finger print need to add. Payment gateway UPI need to add. Moreover performance need to improve a lot ,this is totally money game(intraday) so in seconds profit become loss. There is a buffer.. placing order (buy/sell) Facing hang issues( by forcefully on that time need to to restart system). Team workout on this Thanks

Must say i am really impressed with the guys in the BEST team. They took the pains to actually call me up and address my issues. I must say it was quite a pleasant surprise. I'd say they do care about someone who posts them an email. Good work people. Keep it up. The new interface is also good with dedicated index watches.

Works, with major compromises in usability. This is 2021. No dark mode. Strange and very unhelpful app behaviour wrt positions post 17:30 daily. No history options, etc The list is too long, please work on a modern, clean, helpful, intuitive interface.

Hopeless app.unable to connect.asking to change the password but not responding when password is being changed.Alert is appearing even when all perquisites are correctly filled.No way available to find out long term/short term gain or loss for 2020-21.available. Developer must refer to others app like Angel broker to find the ease of operation of suchlike applications

There is no display of Bank Nifty readings in F&O window in BEST app. We have to open in Google to see it. Fingerprint password shld be there. User interface is not user-friendly.The fonts r very small which r difficult to read. Letters which r in grey colour can't be seen properly. The white background put lot of stress on the eyes.Also that white background cannot be changed to dark mode. 3) App gets hang many times while trading making it prone to lose money at crucial time.KITE app is best.

Useless App. Not stable. Ios app is better than android one. Automatically closing everytime. It's not expected from BSE. Not user friendly at all. Only deserve 0. But it's not possible to provide 0.

Lot of problems using this app 1. Scripts and watchlist get deleted automatically after 15days after password reset, contacted many times to support but no solution provided 2. Most of time shows wrong price or hangs on old price 3 not able to add new scripts with mobile app, one has to login using Web software to add scripts

(1)First of all I could not find any option to add FUND!!! 🙁 (2)It can come with better interface. (3)There should be an option for HELP/FAQ to connect with customer care. (4)Should make funds visible. Overall worst experience!!!!!! Please update soon at least for better reviews.

You are failed with this software, very Bakhwas app. Unable to trade on this app, unable to log in its automatically log out, can't stay log in, come on safal app again, your IT helpers are not reliable, when i talked abt the issue they are not believing on our cmmt, i have discussed with, Rupesh & Rajesh ji Indore, i am complaining this from before 2 months but not any Solution yet to get.

Password changing thro mobile app is not possible. We feed alphanumeric password. But the system continues to reject advising us to feed alphanumeric password. I at last chaned it through desk top system where the same password is accepted. Since i am not a technically qualified person, i am unable to say what is wrong where. Very slow app, developer of this app must see other brokerage apps which are so advanced and so useful for trading and investments. Here, we cant even see investment value and profit realisation, %change is only for the day and not overall p&L. Lots of changes reqd in app...pls upgrade app to advance level

Very bad first experience after downloading the app. Unable to login in spite of number of attempts with correct user ID and password. Please guide me how to solve this problem. I want to start trading from tomorrow itself.

Being the stock exchange flagship app you are supposed to be the "BEST" I don't get alerts if trade is executed either on registered number or app. When will you bring such updates. Also bring update for price alerts. Also there is problem with calculating portfolio value the share which is tradeing at ₹15-16 while calculating the portfolio value of shows as ₹0 and ₹-0.01 in some case.

Missing basic features This app doesn't provide some basic features/information about a trade. Like percentage returns and average price per share. App should be updated with these features.

I downloaded this application after listening to someone. So, like the rest of the app, this app also has charges, so I downloaded the application and started using it, but after a few days, I suddenly deducted the full amount from the account in the name of broking charges ..... There was nothing that I did to cause it. Plz be careful.

It doesn't worth even s single star. Worst user interface, have to enter password, answer two security questions every time i minimize the app and open it.worst of worst app.,please don't downolad it

this app do not work properly. when we are going for login we logged out automatically by reasoning "session expired. " pls. solve this problem as soon as possible. service provaider please ans me as soon as possible.

Good App.. but not working with recent Android 9 version. After login the app suddenly close. Can we get updates for the app so that it can work properly with Android 9 version

User Interface is worst. Team needs to work on the interface , make it user friendly and efficient. One thing has to be implemented on top priority is Payment section, we should add money ourselves and make the transaction using net banking /UPI

It is poor app because i want to change my password but every time got the error message and i am unable to log in on this app. Please resolve the issue on priority.

Good app for mobile trade provided by BSE. Easy and smooth app. Chart is powered by trading view its good but chart is not working properly and price alert is not working. That why I give 4 star.

I am using BEST recently. I am finvasia customer. Hence I opted for BEST. Its good application. but needs updates. After June 2018, no updates. So many things to be done. Black theme is necessary for regular traders. Other than that, its okay.

Every time i try to login it says session expire even when i login first time after app installation very poor performance by any app i ever see. #safal capital should do something for customer

Only "Market" order can be placed for Buying / Selling a stock in initial order. "Stop loss" order cannot be placed in the BEST MOBILE TRADING APP. I would request you to do the needful.

I am giving this 5* because it's a lot better than their web portal. Also, Finvasia gives absolutely 0 brokerage, so I dont mind a trash app! Not recommended for beginners. You will money in just trying to understand what's happening!

Very poor user experience. Unable to login... Just hangs on security question verification, and closes down.. Seems an app made in stone age.. Worst

poor interface, search bar doesn't show results if u r in portfolio or else where.slow in use.buy sell rates are not shown in watchlist...

You can't see holdings after trading hours!!! Every time I try seeing my holdings after trading hours the app failed showing blank no data. NSE app was so better simple in use with also dark mode.. Please try improving this on occasion basis.

Charts can be improved:- 1. Chart types. 2. Timeframe. 3. Pay In/ Out link not working. 4. Extra indicators like trading view. 5. Can collaborate with trading view like zerodha & upstox. 6. Chart settings cannot be saved.

It is the Worst Trading app compared to anything present ... Being the flagship app for our stock market it should have been a lot more and it is very less... Doesn't even justify its name at all..
