The editing in itself is good, there are many good tools for the phone. And considering that this is free, it has very good functionalities. HOWEVER, I don't know if this is my personal problem, but sometimes there is an ad that keeps on loading and loading and loading, and no matter how much you wait it won't stop loading. Sometimes you can exit the app and reenter and this ad doesn't pop up, but many a time I have had to do that multiple times... (I saw that many ppl have the same issue! )
Not bad. Great effects. The only thing I wish it could fix was the timing of the text on the clip. One of the clips only shows the text for 2 seconds. I wish it would let us choose how long we could show the text for. Its great that we can choose how long we want the clip for but the text is another story. It also doesn't let us delete or edit the text once its added.
I gave 4 stars because at the beginning was working fine, yes! With ads every time you touch a bottom to edit anything, starts a new ad, didn't bother me that much at first, but after a while it just stays as "ad loading" and it wouldn't work no more. I'm unistalling it and I'll try again if not, it just worked a while unfortunately. Well, I uninstalled the app and install it again and still doing the same "ads loading "" thing...
Just about to delete! Every click brings you to a 5 second advert and most of the time when the 5 seconds ends, it won't let me close it. Very frustrating. I put several clips together. Must have tried 10 times to save the video to my phone. It failed after 19% multiple times then 99.9%. Argh! Highly infuriating and a massive waste of my time. This app did use to work. Not anymore. Dated November 2020.
This app was good for me when I first got it! Didn't mind the ads and it worked just fine. But today I needed it for a school project, and of course todays the day it decides that I can't export anything. I even tried re-exporting an older, shorter video. Nothing. I just get the same "please try again" screen. No, i don't close the app down. I've tried everything and still can't get it to export!!
This app is a great editing app but a lot of the times when I'm editing it just goes off when I open the app again I find what I was working on in my studios but it doesn't have everything I did. Also sometimes when I save it its very different from what I was expecting. The words will come at different places and the sound too. I would give this a five stars if you fix this cos aside these problems, this is a great app.
By my experience, this app is very easy to use. I am very grateful that it doesn't have it's own watermark. If you do not want a watermark ( from your editing app) Then this is the perfect app for you. It is very good either way. I love how almost everything is free, and very easy to apply. It is very easy making videos and adding effects, and every effect there is very good. This is exactly what you need . I This app is definitely worth the dowloand! if you dont have this yet, dowloand it!✔️✔️
Really good! My only issue is it appears as if the intro theme cannot be limited to just a smaller duration, it takes over the whole video clear which is a huge bummer. In other words you will have to make your intro and then save it, then start over fresh with the newly create an intro and whatever Clips you want to add. Too bad you just can't do it all in one project. Any way to fix this or maybe I am doing something wrong, please let me know.
Was a five but I changed it to 4. When I'm using the slow rotation animation, it only rotates about 45 degrees and not the entire 360. Then I have to split it and individually apply it 8 times, so that the video clip rotates the full 360 degrees. It can be done, but it looks choppy. If an animation to rotate it a full 360 is used, it would be from a 90% to a 100%. Edit: The export is very glitchy but not sure if it is cause I used a lot of clips.
I have gave this app 2 stars as its is very confusing when you download it first. I dont know how to put text and if it could possible give a short tutorial before you use the app. I would also like if the affects like the shaking ones at the start if they could be a little bit faster and you could have a option to make it fast or slow. I personally do not recommend this app. Hope this text was helpful to some people.
This is a great app, You can do so much with it but, It was going fine when I first got it, then It went off my progress straightaway, now everytime I keep trying to film it again it just goes off, to the home screen and doesn't save it , I have tried Uninstalling and installing again but nothing works! Please help, I really want to make movies to share on youtube But it keeps reseting my work! This is the only app I can find that works the way I'm comfortable with! Is this a bug? Please fix!
This app is great when it comes to the options it gives you for editing. But its so terrible when you can't even leave the app for a second otherwise it will delete everything you've edited 😒 it pisses me off because I've work so hard on 1 video and when I left the app for a bit to do something else, it just deleted what I had worked on for like 2 hours straight.
Something has changed... There are a lot of ads, yes. Still it's one of the good video editing apps around. But starting from today: opening the app (you get your first ad), wanting to trim or add a video (you should get your second ad, but it keeps saying 'Ads Loading'). And NOTHING happens! Help?
I liked the original iMovie but after it updated and changed its name I don't like it anymore because it doesn't let you cut things out and every time you're in the middle of editing something the screen goes completely black and all of your editing work goes to waste even if you come back later or refresh it it's gone. I do not recommend this app.
Yes, lots of ads. But that didn't bother me. It got the job done & I'm pretty patient but this. BUT...... after creating a video, I can't even save it to my gallery anymore without getting an "UPLOAD REJECT" notification. WHAT HAPPENED? I literally made a video 2 days ago & it was fine. I searched for answers & it said possibly because my storage is full. No. I have a brand new phone. And I used this app many times before. I would've given this a 10 stars. But just like 2020, def a ZERO
This app is just not my thing. The quality here is so bad i don't think it can get any worse! I just installed it because i wanted to try something but then when i opened it i thought it was pretty cool but when i started to try make a video it just got so bad. And the ads are just too much everytime i press something an ad comes up its just so annoying ! I'm sorry hope u fix it !
Litterally the worst editing app I've ever came across. First of all, barely any options. Congrats. Second of all, every fricking time I click something an add pops up! I've been searching for a while and one of the apps would freeze for an hour. This is way worse. Fix your game or dont and lose downloads, because all you want is money.
It was awesome at first but with the new update it's horrible. You need premium for everything. I liked the older version were everything was free and I didn't mind watching ads! Now it's horrible, the format is better but I can't even do anything now! I can't afford to buy the membership, and I installed this in the first place because I wanted a free editing app! I do not recommend it unless you can afford the membership. Update kinda ruined the whole app.
The photos were deceiving of how much I could edit. The editing is so basic, all I wanted was to split audio and video. This is a cheap editing app so don't waste your time if you're trying to do complex edits. The photos of what the software looks is a scam, the actual thing looks cheap.
Ads ads and yet more ads. Thought I'd try this out as kids had been using it for school - lord knows how. It is nigh on impossible to create anything without an ad popping up. They don't even load quickly so it takes about a minute per ad and these happen on virtually every click. I don't mind an ad ot two, but with this I'm cmpletely unable to use the app to rate it. I'd give it 0 stars if possible. Not going to pay to remove the ads as I can't see the product I'm buying. Greedy developers.
If zero stars were an option I would say 0--- for ratings. If I were the creator I would name this app "free fakes ads and a tiny bit of editing" of u dont get what I mean this is what I mean. On the there's to many ads every time u press a button there's a ad. Next it's so confusing to do anything third it wants a lot of your devices information. 4th others say that its glitchy and its crashes and also wont save any work. I do not advise anybody to install this app. Huge waste of time😑😑
Seems like a great app to use, but I'm giving it 4 stars. What I like about it is that it's easy to use, you can trim the video or add music very easily, add effects and transitions, and many more. There are some small things I dislike though — There is a watermark that cannot be removed unless you pay money, also, I cannot figure out how to get one video to overlay on top of the other! I'm not saying it's bad though, the app is mostly good.
I was about to rate it 5 stars because it's really amazing and definitely worth downloading but when I tapped the gif section while editing my sister's vlog.. It crashed and when I opened the app again, the video I edited for 2 hoursss isn't playing and I don't know how to edit it again because I wasn't entirely finished editing. And also.. too many adds, It's distracting. But overall, It's an amazing app and I am so glad it was free. But please help me I don't know how to edit again :(
Better off downloading a loading screen, atleast it would work as intended. You can't click anything without getting an ad and I had this app for less than 5 minutes and had to close the app reopen it and do it again 3 times because it would get stuck on "loading ad". I don't know if there is a subscription, but the free version is without a doubt not worth the 55mb of storage that's from the initial download and additions after if there is any.
I honestly think that this app should contain an option of choosing a location on where we'd want the stuff to be saved; an option of choosing a video quality such as sd/hd OR 480/720 and beyond. For the selfies, I think is "okay" but there is always an area to improve on. Looking forward to more updates :)
This app is extremely irritating for many reasons. 1.adds are popping up ever 2 seconds ( I wish it was a joke but it's not).2.the minute you leave the app your work is gone and finally 3 . The sound effects only work the first time you use them after that they won't work! Ps. Does anyone know a good and free editing app for yt videos?
Absolutely terrible. It used to be so much better (as you can see by the app store photos that they never bothered to change) but since the update it's been not only ridden with ads but it's also more confusing to nagivate. Use to be my go to app to edit videos, and now I can't say I'll ever use it again.
I clicked into the app and everything seemed to be going great when this huge ad for premium editing pops up in front of me. I try to click out, but the ad is made for a larger screen and I can't access the exit button. The only way to get into the actual editing is to buy premium access. This is a huge inconvenience and I uninstalled the app.
It's a fantastic app dont get me wrong The edits where nice and everything was simple and that's what I loved about Sure it has ads every two seconds but its bearable and understandable but now when I open the app I get an ad and then when I press create it just gets on the loading screen to show another ad for 80 years!!!!! Like it just keeps loading and loading and loading and the ad never shows up The developers are literally getting money after every ad so idk why they wont just fix it🤦
I found this app very useful as I wanted to find a good, FREE editing software that a beginner could easily use. This ticked all the boxes and the videos look super professional. It has features such as speed control, trimming, transitions and ilit even has its own music that anyone can use with a clelick of a button. Would totally recommend to beginners AND experts.
