Best Parking - Find Parking

I have been using this app off and on for yrs to check prices and find garages in Boston when I go in to the city. I used the advanced pay option for the first time this weekend and when we arrived to our surprise the garage was closed. I reached out and told them about my issue at about 9:30am and had a refund for the garage and a $5 credit in a cpl hours....outstanding customer service and response time on a Sunday no less. Very impressed and I will continue to use the app going forward.

I payed twice by mistake and than I contacted customer service through text. And I must say I was impressed by their excellent service in staying in contact with me till finishing the refund acted very professional. Also very helpful in finding parking a friend of mine found parking for $40 and I use this app and found a parking close by for only $7.

Used to be great, now worse than google maps. No more information of what kind of parking (underground or outside), number of places or how the entrance looks. And this is for same cities, too. So you may be looking at lowest price, but it's 20 parking places, all taken. Now, you have to go to Street View in Google Maps just to get an idea. I've asked support, and unless there's an option to book, there's zero info now, "per design". Quality dropped so much, it's useless now.

It'a good for checking street parking but not for reserving a space as you could get rejected when you arrived without any reason. You could save money for one time but double paid for the next time as reservation won't be ganranteed.

First time user here! Overall my experience was great. I was a bit skeptical, but everything was easy and intuitive. One of my biggest sticking points with going downtown for events is parking and this app eliminated all of my stress. Hopefully they keep things up to date and running great as I'm hooked!

Using this app will remove permissions granted by the garage and will not let you know. I paid for multiple days parking and was not able to get in after first day because app parking policy is not the same as garage and they deliberately mislead you. Customer service was unwilling to help.

Used it to reserve parking at a garage in NYC. Paid $40. When I went to pick up my car before presenting them the qr code that I already paid, the parking attendant told me it was $20 only. So I overpaid $20 by using the app. No savings at all, but a rip off... Will not use again. Thought the app saves you up to 50%

I absolutely love this app. Easy to use and if there's a parking issue and it's justified I was able to get a refund. I recommend it to anyone with a car.

Was searching for parking for a farmer's market event. The app only suggested parking garages > $6 that were pretty far from the venue. I then went to the farmers market's website, and they listed a few *free* parking garages that were close to the venue. Smh

HORRIBLE!!! They got the date wrong after charging me $24 for my pass and no phone # to contact them to change it. AND REFUSED to change it after they only posted an email for their contact imfo. Sorry unprofessional business!!! Im tellimg every one I can to NEVER do business with them!!!

This used to be a great app, but I'm uninstalling now. I used it many times in New York City, when arriving at my destination. the App would show me options with prices and for some lots, would issue a coupon by email for discounted rate. I could make a decision in 30 seconds while stopped at a red light and my coupon was ready and actually did save me money. they took a great thing and ruined it. Now it treats parking as if you want to buy Broadway show tickets. Go back to the original.

This app is a godsend for parking in the city. You're pretty much always guaranteed a parking spot with in reasonable distance, and it's always with a solid discount. The customer service is also incredibly accessable and super convenient. The support team is absolutely lovely and works with you to solve your problems. Biggest tip is to double check that you're looking at the correct day before booking your spot. It can be a little easy to skip over the date if you're not paying attention.

I was mislead by this app to pay full price when it showed a discounted rate. After confirming and paying I was charged $20 over the rate that was advertised on the app. After a few emails back in forth they offered me a $5 credit next time I use the app. I drive and park regularly in NYC. There are a few more apps just as comparable. I do not suggest this app as they obviously have problems to fix and will not do the right thing to fix said mistakes. Beyond disappointed.

One of the biggest hassles in NY is parking, especially when you are trying to make a show. This app not only shows me what prices the lots in the area are, but I can choose the one I want, pay, and reserve a spot before I go, and the app will give you directions. And, if the plans cancel, you can cancel the spot with the press of a button

Used the app to find parking in Seattle. Got into the garage with minimal issues (QR code took a try or two to scan). Going to leave the garage was a different story. QR code wouldn't scan. Ended up having to purchase a "lost ticket" to leave. Asked to be reimbursed for the ticket; but, was ultimately reimbursed for the original parking ticket purchased through the app and credited for the remainder of the difference of the "lost ticket." I'm not impressed.

We pre-booked parking using the app. Arrived to find the parking lot full up and we were turned away. OK, not the app's fault. But their customer service consisted of nothing more than canceling the reservation. No help rebooking. I'm caught in traffic, and have somewhere to be so I don't have time to mess around. Meanwhile I'm waiting for their slow replies to my texts. The point of pre-booking parking is to know that you don't have to worry about finding parking when you need it.

When I put my vehicle info, the app should automatically show the correct rate with oversized vehicle rate. Since it doesn't do that automatically, I have to try every single one on the map. What an inconvenience!! Additionally, it takes way too long to show street parking! I almost thought that Street parking is not showing at all.(Street parking tap itself won't show up for 20 seconds after everything else shows up). Is this the way to make people go to parking garages PAYING for parking?

Genuinely one of the best apps in my phone. They have great customer service. Always super helpful. The app has saved me more times than I can count. Being able to reserve parking in NYC the night before has saved me hours of time, miles of driving looking for a spot, and blocks and blocks of walking. It even saves me money, preventing tickets, and I can choose to walk a few extra blocks and save cash. This app is the only reason driving into nyc has become affordable and convenient. Thank you!!

I paid for parking through the app and upon leaving the amount on the screen was $6.60 less than what I paid. The attendant had to assist me because the device wouldn't scan the bar code within the app to let me out. I initially used this app thinking parking would be higher because of the event that I was going to. But didn't think that I would have such a big difference between the app and the facilities.

I recently had a terrible experience. The app wasn't in sync with the lot hours of operation. Best parking acknowledged their mistake and promised a refund. Instead of a refund they cancelled my reservation while i was parked at the lot resulting in a substantial charge from the lot. Their customer service has yet to credit me the amount. I'm going to try a different app.

Just terrible. Apparently "Weird, that didn't work... try again." is the error message the app provides when an extension isn't available. Confirmed on the phone. This is after the app explicitly told me that I could extend the time, showed me the time options, let me select one, and had me choose a payment method. Ended up having to run to the parking lot to avoid getting overcharged. Parking lot also charged me $10 for a folded up bike rack on the back of my compact sedan. Avoid. Avoid.

I've always had a positive experience in the past when this was bestparking. I used this yesterday after a long time. I made a reservation the day before for an important meeting in NYC. When I got to the parking lot they were full and would not honor the reservation. The said call Parkwhiz and ask for a refund. I did not have much time at that point and had to pick another lot at a much higher price. I reached out to Parkwhiz later and they offered me a $5 credit instead of paying me the difference. Was disappointing. Just made be drop a star in the rating.

Was better before the update! In the previous version, you could see the # parking spots available, pictures of the entrance, the streets you enter from vs walking entrance, whether it is above ground or underground parking garage, etc. The new version got rid of all these features and now i don't know any detail. It's all by chance now which is unfortunate. I had to update my app bc I got a new phone. Booo Best Parking!

I would not make a reservation using Best Parking again. The app asked what type of vehicle I had. I drive a mid sized SUV so I chose SUV and paid the $10 premium for a total of $27. There was a sign at the parking lot saying $14.36. The parking attendant was very nice and offered to charge the discounted rate and also told me my vehicle didn't qualify for premium pricing. I was afraid of double paying since I had already charged $27 via the app. Bottom line, overpaid by a lot by using the app.
